Bob and Amanda are top notch! Need ANYTHING from maintenance? Mike and Shawn are there fast with kindness and great knowledge, they are respectful and they will take care of anything that you need. The townhouses are absolutely fantastic, take it from a guy who has a family, you can raise your children here with peace of mind. It’s a great place. Move in ready and it feels like home! Absolutely beautiful place and wonderful, kind people.

*** UPDATE*** PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK OUT AR BUILDING COMPANY'S BBB SCORE OF "F"!! THINK TWICE AND READ ALL THE HORRIFIC REVIEWS OF THEIR CONTINUED SCAMS AGAINST FORMER TENANTS!!!Long time former resident. This place and its management are a complete scam job. Realize that after you move out of one of their townhouses or apartments they will absolutely screw you over, you'll never see a part of your deposit back and they will even levy false charges and repairs against you -- and you will have no leverage against them -- ours personally were thousands of dollars in false repairs. I have all the photos of when we left the property and will be filing suit in court. If anyone else who reads this was a victim of their fraudulent activity please feel free to look me up and contact me as we can file a class action suit together, I have 3 other former residents in the same situation and we would be happy to file with others. Their actions caused my credit to be ruined as well as they quickly referred our account to collections and we could not stop it. Companies like this must change their ways or accept full responsibility for their repulsive behavior. Take a good look at their responses to negative reviews. Also, keep in mind they award current residents with gift cards for leaving positive reviews. Avoid at all costs! The only good thing about this company are its maintenance workers who work their tails off and are not appreciated in any way. SHAME ON YOU AR Building Company! Look out -- the same company has townhouse communities across the area. Ask first if they are related to AR before you make the same mistake as many others!

I went for my tour today and I am so excited to sign my lease and move into my new home.I was paying the same amount for a Studio Apartment which the grounds are not maintained nor the actual Apartment it's self the main feature was having just enough space to actually turn around in.Springhouse Communities is beautiful community within a community. The apartments are roomy & well designed. The staff person/tour guide Ben was patient easy to understand and answered all my questions and concerns.I had to get picked up by Uber Driver and while I was waiting at the main office 2 of the community residents ask if I needed a ride. I definitely want my dog Roberto and myself to be a productive member of this community.

I just wanted to take a quick moment to write a review of Springhouse's excellent staff, particularly as it relates to their speed, professionalism and courteousness with maintenance calls (of which there are few) and also with grounds keeping. I have been a resident here for 7.5 years and in that time have required routine maintenance from time to time. An excellent example was just today, 6/26/2023. After many long years of loyal and faithful service, my wife's and my air conditioner finally gave up the ghost today. I mentioned to them that my wife suffers from heat related health issues and they they got us a brand new one in fewer than 2 hours! The same may be said of all of the repairs requested over the years. I can't say enough good things about how friendly, efficient and professional this staff is. All needed have been taken care of in a very timely manner (again, there have been few, but routine stuff does pop up from time to time). They are the same with how frequently they maintain the grounds and keep this a very beautiful place which I am proud to call home.If you are currently looking to rent, their rental prices are VERY reasonable (particularly in today's housing market - I have a 2 BR). Also, the amenities can't be beat! I love that my cable and internet are bundled at a reasonable cost WITH the rent. If you are looking to rent, I researched before moving here and found Springhouse to be a great value for the money, especially compared to some of the complexes in the South Fayette / Bridgeville area; a great bang for the buck in rentals. Also, we were sent an email notifying us that we are permitted gym / pool access in one of the other Springhouse properties, thereby saving on a gym membership. If you're hunting and want to take a look, this is most certainly a good deal with an excellent staff!

I would like to share the feedback on this community after staying 6 years and never missed a single payment. But I was fined about 4k after vacating the house. they collected total carpet replacement cost after staying 6 years in the same apartment and wear and tear issues like wall clean and electric stove clean etc. I have seen two faces from leasing office people. They are very arrogant, and they didn’t even allow me to talk after I vacated the house about the fines. I have taken a video before vacating the house. When I shown it to leasing office, they told me that I have taken the video from somewhere else.I would suggest all, be careful with leasing office people and get the proper confirmations while vacating the house. Don’t trust leasing mangers and team. They will make you fool easily.Don’t rent here…

I have lived in a townhouse at Springhouse for almost a year and a half and have really enjoyed my time here. It is a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. The staff are also very quick to provide help and assistance when needed. I have not had any real complaints about living here. Would definitely recommend!

Mary boyer has made my stay over the last 2 years Spring House exceptional! She was the one who did my walk through/ rented, anytime I have a question she is prompt to answer the calls to the office, she has walked me through several maintenance issues I’ve encountered, and boy, she is easy on the eyes! The few times I’ve had to physically go into the office.. WOW!!!

My fiancé and I have lived in Springhouse Communities for the last three years, and we can’t say enough good things. We have experienced both apartment and townhouse living here, and it has been wonderful. All of the units are kept up to date and clean, and are quite spacious. Mary is absolutely awesome, as is the rest of the staff. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond. The grounds are kept neat. All of the neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves for the most part. A quiet neighborhood wonderful for really anyone. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Mary for all you do!

Highly recommended place to live. Very quiet neighborhood, beautifully landscaped, and well taken care of. Mary is always available and quick to respond to email. Any issues that have come up are quickly resolved by the maintenance crew. Units are spacious and and comfortable. My unit was in perfect condition when I moved in over a year ago. Ill be staying for the foreseeable future!

I have lived here for nearly 10 years and I see no reason to leave any time soon. Beautifully landscaped, super friendly, reasonably priced for South Fayette, and with access to the South Fayette school district, one of the best in the country. The Property Manager, Mary, is always accessible and quick to respond to any questions or needs. The maintenance staff, especially Kevin, always make me feel like I am their most important tenant. I am very happy to be living here. Thank you Springhouse!

I have been at Springhouse for 6 months. So far it has been a great experience. We had some move-in issues with the townhouse, but they were fixed promptly. Mary is wonderful, she seems to really care about your home and you being a tenant. Thanks Mary for everything

I’ve been renting at Springhouse for 18 months and plan on renewing my lease. It’s a quiet community and a nice area to live in. My children love the big yard outside of our building. Mary is super friendly and wonderful to work with.One thing I wish we had that we do not is more security such locked front doors with codes or gates to enter/exit the community. It would also be nice to have a post office mailbox to drop off mail instead of having to go to the post office. Overall, my experience with spring house communities has been pleasant and I continue to enjoy renting here.?

I've been living at Springouse Communities for going on 3 years and I love it. The complex is beautifully landscaped, parking is ample and the apartment in which I live is spacious and well laid out. On the rare occasions I have needed maintenance, they have always come same day to take care of any fixes. The hallways are kept spotless and in the winter, the walkways and parking lots are kept free of snow! The ladies (Management Staff) in the Rental Office are all very personable and friendly. I have no immediate plans to leave as I love it here - it's location is only minutes from shopping, movies, etc.If I must list a minor complaint, the baseboard heating units do run up the electric bill in the winter a bit, but that really can't be helped. I love the location, the quiet, the staff and almost 100 percent of everything about this complex. It is a wonderful place to live.
