There is an employee named Tawna who is the rudest .ost ignorant clerk I've ever seen. I asked for cigars she yelled, "What kind?!" (Check the surveillance). I said I don't know and she slammed the case open and it shut behind them she began to ignore me and wouldn't take my order. I demanded a Manager as I was going back and forth with her, again check the surveillance. Then some kid came out who obviously wasn't the manager and did absolutely nothing. I am reaching out to the corporate headquarters tomorrow and will not stop until the situation is properly rectified.

Very unhappy with this place I ordered food and waited for 30 mins plus and never got my food when I asked about it they said oh your food is next after the next one are you kidding me people that ordered food after me had already got their food and left how is that rite

Every single time nobody will be in here, empty as can be. I still wait 30-40 min for a simple sandwich. I have decided to call this place slowest Sheetz in existence.

While normally this Sheetz is a 4.5/5, busy but occasionally forgetting my ketchup or taco sauce or something every once and a while, lately it has become pretty mishandled. Seems to only be employed by brand new employees during after work rush hours, leading to long wait times despite few customers, and employees that seem, ... scared by customers just walking up with the items I want, and I almost had to walk the employee through what to do, as a customer ...
I wouldn't be too upset but my orders have been messed up more and more recently. Thankfully it's always been for items I don't mind. But I bet I'm one of the few that doesn't care as long as it's within the 80% of the menu I tolerate.
Lately it's been every 1or 2 orders I pick up and there's something off.
No napkins isn't a problem if I'm a regular. If I'm a mr nobody on a road trip right off the highway, I might expect you to include some with my food since they don't seem to be readily available.
I've been lucky if one of every 4 orders has any napkins. And if I get an app sampler or something fried it tends to be so soaked in grease that there better be a dozen napkins if I don't want it dripping out of the bag.
I don't need stacks and stacks but a napkin or two in the bag to hold in the mess, especially when someone orders FRIED food that goes in a box, and not a wrapper, would seem to make sense. I'm a little tired of seeing my fries more than half spilled through the bag every time I pick up an order

I visit the Pittsburgh area about twice a year and always looked forward to grabbing a sub from Sheetz. Unfortunately, this may be my last time. It took over 30 minutes to receive my sub. No communication, no “sorry for the delay”, nothing. When inquired why it was taking so long, I received attitude from the staff. If waiting 30 minutes for a sub is acceptable for this establishment, I’m unable to support it. Jersey Mike’s, Jimmy John’s etc. would be a better option.

This is by far the worst Sheetz in the area. Go to Bridgeville or Robinson, everything here takes forever, the coolers are always empty, registers don’t ever have someone at them. Don’t waste your time here

I don’t typically write reviews but I needed to bring something to the attention of management. This location is extremely close to my house and me and my boyfriend frequent it often for gas, food, drinks, etc. We often come here to get tobacco products and alcohol as well. Now we understand the law, and we understand that we must present ID to purchase said things, which is perfectly fine. That being said, my boyfriend has an out of state ID as he is not from Pennsylvania. I didn’t know there was some kind of policy or something that prevents my boyfriend to purchase alcohol or tobacco with an out of state ID? (If that is a true policy, it would be quite stupid being as your location sits on the exit of a major highway) Anyways, if this is a policy, why does only ONE specific cashier enforce it? It is only one woman cashier who will not accept his VALID ID and the only reasoning he is ever given is that “the picture does not look like you”. Which is completely ridiculous considering the only thing that is different is the picture is four years old and he had brown hair then instead of blonde. This is completely unnecessary and quite aggravating considering every time this happens he has to go to a different store to purchase what he wants or I have to get in my car, drive up there, and purchase his things for him. I’m not sure if this specific cashier has some kind of personal issue with him or not. But we’re both sheetz rewards members and he constantly has giftcards that he uses at this location. From here on out we will be taking our business to getgo (where we just hooked our card up to the app) because it is utterly ridiculous and a waste of time. Please retrain your employees.

I am disappointed with this location. The store it’s self is fine but the kitchen needs some work. At all other locations, no matter how busy it is, I have my food in less than 15 minutes. Tonight it took over 30 minutes to get 3 hotdogs. 3 HOTDOGS. It wasn’t even busy. A few customers, but no worse than the other location ever is. The manager said they just had lots of orders tonight. Ok well then how do all the other locations process orders twice as fast if not faster than you guys. Very disappointed.

Just waited 15 minutes for one order of French toast stick…… you’ve gotta be joking… you put them in the fryer and walk away to do other things then come back when the timer is done. Why did I have to wait 15 minutes?
