My mother and I’s 1hour experience was amazing! Their waiting area was so cute and relaxing. And the front desk guy was so nice and cheerful! 10/10 recommend! They were also pretty quick!

They did an amazing job fixing my windshield and when it leaked because let’s face it, things happen, they didn’t hesitate one bit to replace it again… They even went over and beyond to clean and ionize the inside and clean the fabric headliner. Easy scheduling, dropped the car off, and picked it up the next day! Very smooth and the employees sis a great job!

Impressed with how fast my Insurance company got me an appointment. Called in the afternoon and got scheduled for the same time the next day.They followed up immediately with text messages and instructions on preparations for the repair. When we got there, they were friendly and got my windshield replaced within an hour. Gave me instructions on my replacement winshield Inspection Sticker.Very good customer service!

The best auto glass experience I have ever had! I ripped off my rearview mirror two days ago and broke the windshield. They were the only place that would take me this soon. They went out of their way to give me the cheapest price they could manage. Cost almost $200 less than I was originally expecting.The waiting room was a breathtaking experience. They had a big screen tv with "4k ocean wonders" playing and beautiful piano music. It was more relaxing than going to a spa. I can't wait to break another windshield just for the waiting room. Thank you Safelite.

Tried to call to talk to a person about my repair so I can properly enter the claim and schedule it. It's impossible to speak to a human on the phone. They might do good work, but customer service gets a zero.
