Unfortunately, this was not a great experience. Have worked with ProSource on many projects...can't say that I would go back to the Bridgeville location. Such a waste of time for myself and our construction team.

5 stars isn't enough for this superstar treatment my company received from Sophia Reider and Frank Whittler in particular. They go out of their way to help their customers meet deadlines and secure the best deal possible procuring materials. As I expand my business, I will DEFINETELY be calling on them again. Superior service, prices, and professionalism!

Disappointed with what was initially a pleasant experience purchasing materials for a small kitchen job. The service rep was in contact with our contractor for what materials we needed, and yet I found myself at Home Depot the day of the job buying new grout (the contractor wasn’t comfortable using the kind selected for us), new caulk to match it, and had to throw away an entire metal “jolly” frame for the tile because the tile was too thin to be used with it. It’s not clear to me why ProSource isn’t aware that tile they sell isn’t compatible with another material they sell, and that I was instructed to pick out because our job “needed” it. I disagree that it’s not on the service reps to know more than contractors about the products they sell. Also, if anyone needs a box of Vintage Gray subway tile, give me a call since otherwise it’s just going to collect dust in my basement - apparently the standard size, standard color tile is a “custom” order because it had to be shipped from the warehouse and can’t be returned. I understand this was disclosed on the receipt but frankly just find it to be a silly waste. I’m giving 2 stars because our initial experience when purchasing materials was friendly and prompt, but if they recommend the wrong materials, don’t expect to anything back if they can’t sell it to the next customer.Update: I see the business has responded to say they don’t have information on file for me, which is confusing, because they reached out to my husband directly after I left this review (but before adding their response) and offered us a $50 gift card rather than a $17 refund for the material. However, when we received the gift card, we saw it required us to spend $750 with the business before the end of the year to redeem it. As I mentioned earlier, we had a pleasant experience with the service rep, but the business does only seem to want to make things right if they can continue to receive money from us.

If I could give more stars I totally would! Heidi has been nothing but phenomenal with both mine and my husbands kitchen remodel, but my parents remodel as well.She actively listened to what we were looking for and applied her magic to really maximize our space and stay within our budget. I didn’t know a place like this existed. It’s great to be able to see and ask questions in a relaxing atmosphere with a knowledgeable salesman. My contractor referred me to Anthony. Within 1/2 hr I picked out the flooring that will be perfect for my basement remodel. Hope to move forward in September with ease. Thanks Brad and Anthony.

we have been working with Adam Holbert on a major renovation project. Adam is a pleasure to work with. He is very prompt in his communications about availability of various products. He also helped with pricing when needed a significant quantity of hardwood. We moved our bath renovation project Pro Source because of him.

My husband and I started our 30-year-old kitchen remodel by meeting our designer, Julie, at ProSource in Bridgeville. We had no idea what we wanted, what was involved, or what to expect. I was not aware of all of the cabinet options let alone their possible functions.Two plus years later and during this pandemic, our kitchen not only been a functional kitchen for my husband and I to cook together, but has become my office. I am in love with the design and attribute that entirely to Julie! She was intuitive, knowledgeable, talented and a joy to work with. She started from scratch, helped us to visualize when we decided to move our appliances around and came up with the best plan! Julie knew her products and researched anything I threw out at her, always with a smile.We did run into snags with hidden obstacles of unknown pipes, vents, electrical outlets, etc. Julie was there immediately to solve the issue with a clever and stylish cabinet solution so not to interfere with the progress of the contractors.What began as a kitchen remodel, morphed into a new powder room and flooring change. The ProSource showroom had a great selection of materials and Julie was sure to give me several options and great advice. I am forever grateful to have worked with her and ProSource. We love our updated home!Thank you, Julie!!
