However, the rest of the team was friendly and professional.

Very clean facility; including the restrooms. Staff is always cleaning. I visit many locations due to frequent travel for work, and I’ve chosen this as my home gym for the friendly, diverse environment & cleanliness

The people in charge of the gym can solve your problems. The gym has a bad smell, they should use air fresheners. ???

Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
My wife and I became first-time customers at the Crafton location, paying $49 each for the annual service fee. After two visits, we noticed that the Bridgeville location was closer to our home, so we asked to have our accounts transferred there. In May, I submitted a request to freeze both of our accounts until mid-September, and they confirmed it was processed. However, they kept charging us both $15 monthly, and in July, they charged my account another $49 fee, which was supposed to be charged only once a year.
When I went to the Bridgeville location with my concerns, the staff said it wasn’t their issue and sent me back to Crafton. When I went there, they showed me their records and said we didn’t have active accounts with them. I went back to Bridgeville asking to cancel both of our accounts, and a different employee admitted there was some discrepancy in the system. He assured me that he had canceled both mine and my wife's accounts, gave me contact info for their contractor, ABC Financial, and assured me that all the mistakenly charged amounts would be refunded.
When I contacted ABC Financial, I received a response: "Your membership has been canceled. There are no further payments due. I apologize, but we are unable to waive or refund any scheduled annual fee payments." And one more later: "Please contact your club for the refund of your membership. This is something that ABC cannot assist you with, as we do not handle refunds and waiving for your club".
We’ve since moved to another state, and now my wife has a new $15 charge from Planet Fitness on her bank statement.
Worst experience ever! Avoid them at any cost!

I go to many other planet fitness locations and bridgeville is nice! Staff isn’t very friendly and act like it’s a burden to use tanning beds! I always have to clean them myself

After spending ten years at another local club, the atmosphere at Planet Fitness is so much better. The cleanliness, the working machines, the air conditioning, the black card perks! Highly recommend!!

Probably one of the best experiences that I have had at any PF as a Black Card holder. There was a maintenance employee making adjustments to equipment, the entire place was clean and dust free, the water station had clean water that did not taste unfiltered. Nice place to exercise.

I used to work here, just went on maps to add the phone number for an application and got curious about the reviews. No idea what the place is actually like now but I know working overnights I looked super grody from the lack of sleep. Tried not to be rude though, can't say if I succeeded but I did sanitize the place which was my main job really. My point is Dave, c'mon man, you're better than that, just say they were rude and move on.

So I’m guessing this location in Bridgeville is no longer 24 hours to save cost in some capacity. Though every light is on as well as every TV in the building. But let’s not have one staff member cover a night shift. Time to start the ridiculous task of canceling my membership.
