“I came to the store, looking for a new washer after mine broke unexpectedly, and trying to get a repair turned into a disaster. The repair company said they couldn’t get the part (not accurate but if I could find the replacement part but they couldn’t, I couldn’t possibly trust them to do the repair properly). So next option was to buy a new washer. I went to American Freight (formerly Sears scratch and dent store) in Bridgeville PA. I found a washer that was pretty much exactly what I wanted for an extremely reasonable amount of money. Zack the salesman was super helpful. I was in luck the washer was to be delivered the next day. I couldn’t believe it. Unfortunately the next day the delivery person called off sick unexpectedly (the day before his vacation started). Naturally I was upset. This meant I would have to wait an extra 10 days for delivery. I had already been without a washer for about five days now, and the thought of having to go to a laundromat was not what I was envisioning. However, to my unexpected delight Sarah the manager found a solution going over and beyond to get a substitute delivery company to fill in. It did push delivery back a few days, but it was better than waiting longer. From purchase to delivery was less than a week. The delivery company called about 20 minutes ahead, which was super appreciated. That allowed me time to move furnishing, etc., and corral my dogs out of their way. Josh and his coworker (John?) couldn’t have been more polite and professional. The washer is currently going through its first (test) cycle. Assuming that everything is good, I could not be more pleased. Highly highly recommend doing business with American Freight!”
“Mattress shopping can be overwhelming, but the salesman Jerry eased my mind and explained the difference between different mattress builds, as well as the quality of them. He was able to guide me to the mattress best suited for me. highly recommend a Jerry and this location. Will definitely be back to shop whenever I need to shop for a mattress again, but that shouldn't be for awhile.”

“We were only looking to see what mattresses were available. We were greeted by a cheerful Jim Ciohen, who encouraged us to try different mattresses. Jim did a good job explaining the different attributes of each mattress. Then, there were platforms to review. Jim was quite thoughtful in explaining the options.
After we decided on what we liked, he worked on the financials for our purchase. We were delighted with the financial arrangements.

“I love my new washer from Don's appliances in Canonsburg. My last washer was 26 yrs old. My salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable , the delivery dept. notified me the day before delivery with a time range and the morning of delivery I got a text one half hour before my delivery, they also gave me the name of the Wonderful young man who with his helper did my delivery set up and removal of my old washer. There was not any mess to pick up, he was a very friendly young man and had my washer all set up in no time at all.. I will definitely recommend Don's Appliancences.. “We had a wonderful experience -- Janice is why we came back! We came to this location about 6 months ago just to start looking at mattresses for our new main bedroom. At the time, we weren't ready to purchase.. When we were ready, we came back to this Levin Mattress location just because of our salesperson, Janice! We were happy to see she was working that day and bought a mattress that fits our exact needs within the hour. She was extremely knowledgeable (I would say an expert!) and could answer all of our questions with ease. She didn't rush us at all, the location has plenty of beds to try out, and we are very happy with our experience and purchase. Thank you Janice!!”

“I purchased outdoor furniture, and the price from Levin was very reasonable and lower than other stores after doing some research. Rob Coyle assisted with the sale and made sure all my questions were answered. He was the nicest salesmen ever!”
“Wanted to buy a power recliner, so wandered in here and a few other stores in the area. When I entered, a sales representative (Elaine) quickly asked if I needed any help, but I said I was set and would check back in. She gave me space and wasn't uncomfortably hovering or ominous.
The store was staged well and looked put together and clean.
After looking around and sitting in some chairs, I got back to Elaine and started asking some questions and asking for opinions on a couple different chairs, and she was super insightful and helpful, not only in feature but in design of what I was describing as needed. She showed me some additional fabric options for a chair I had selected. I told her that I wanted to return home, do some measurements, and bring back a paint swatch to compare against the fabric; She didn't try to push me into a purchase or lock me in to anything, just voiced her availability for when I might be returning.
I showed back up a couple days later, she answered a couple more questions that had come up, and then I felt comfortable ordering the chair. She explained the limited warranties, all the standard sales stuff. Super helpful. Super nice. She made it super easy to transact.
Highly recommend this location, and hope that all the other sales reps are just as good as Elaine is!”
“My husband and I are re-doing our bedroom and were finally able to set up our gorgeous new bed frame today! Well silly me didn’t realize that our new bed frame required a box spring, while our old one did not. ??♀️ I thought we were screwed and would have to sleep on the floor again for another few weeks. We each work 12+ hour shifts and couldn’t get to a store any time soon … I have to tell you, the most unexpected wonderful thing happened. I called The Original Mattress Factory in Mt. Lebanon at 6:45pm on a Wednesday evening desperate to see if we could get a box spring delivered sometime this week. I was SO lucky that it just so happened that Bill picked up the phone. He helped me purchase a box spring over the phone and decided to drop it offat our home PERSONALLY just an hour and a half later! Omg! He is such a thoughtful sweet human being and we could not thank him enough! He saved us so many headaches and backaches… please give this man a raise.”
“Great information and great products! We got our awesome soft -sided waterbed! UPDATE: we've had our bed for over a week, it's like sleeping on a cloud. For those who don't know what a soft-sided waterbed is, it makes/looks like regular bed, same sheets and all. Highly recommend this business!”
