This Joann’s location is horrible. They charged me $20.02 and I wanted to look at one more thing, I asked the cashier to hold my bag so they wouldn’t think I was stealing. She forgot that I paid wouldn’t give me my bag of items back or a refund even after showing her my bank records that the money was taken out it didn’t matter. I asked for a manager who was equally elderly and computer illiterate and she said there was nothing she could do. When in actuality all she had to do was go under recent transactions and she wouldn’t seen it clear as day. To say the customer service sucks would be an understatement, I was looking for an associate for help the entire time and couldn’t find one. They need a fresh crew and maybe younger (no offense) they just can’t keep up. I left with nothing but a migraine. Go to Robinson or any other location.

After they filed for bankruptcy in April, it's easy to see why via this location. Hopefully, Chap. 11 and going private could revitalize things because it would be a shame to lose one of those stores that always has the right thing in the moment you need it. Time will tell.

This store specifically screwed up my entire weekend of projects. I was looking for red acrylic paint, red fabric dye, Velcro, and some nude-colored fabric to do a project over the weekend, and they literally had none of it in stock. I usually prefer shopping in store than ordering from Amazon or other big companies, but if Joann’s isn’t even go to stock the basics, why would I even waste the gas to get here??? Just order online from somewhere else, because they will never restock this store apparently.

Christina was amazing! She was so great with my pick-up order and the intricacies/ challenges that go along with yarn dye lots and matching self striping yarn patterns. As a former Retail Store Manager myself, I can definitely say Christina is everything an exceptional Store Manager should be. She was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable, through the entire process, and made my return and exchange absolutely painless. She took a situation one would expect to be difficult and turned it into a wonderful customer experience with her expertise, excellent solutions, kindness, and understanding. I am so happy with my experience. Coming to this store is well worth the drive. (Just over an hour for me) I would give 10 stars if I could! Many Kudos to a great store and Manager!

Hello I went in to this store today to look at the beads and was just looking around with my daughter having a nice day. When there was a woman putting out Halloween beads and charms and she was so rude I just bent down and said oh what kinda goodies are you putting out and omg the look she gave me. And she proceeded to get up and shove the box out of the way I said oh I am sorry I disturbed you . She was rude and I have to tell you I wanted to leave the store and all the stuff I had in my cart . I own my own business and I would never treat a paying client that way not good costumer service she need her attitude.put in check .eveyone else that worked there today were very nice things like this can make a company loss business just saying .

I had a great experience at this joann's! Scott and Carolyn were the absolute best and helped me a whole lot with a project I was working on. I'm so incredibly grateful for their cheerful and generous assistance.

Came in 30 minutes before closing to grab a few fabrics and some foam, older white woman with blonde hair was going around and rushing everyone to get their things and leave “us employees would like to actually leave at 6 when we close” it wasn’t even closing time yet. I put all of my things back and left, the attitude that worker had made me not want to purchase anything. To be made as if we are an inconvenience is unprofessional and rude. It’s your job! We are literally sitting in the parking lot as I’m writing this watching the same woman try to keep people from entering the store and locking the door when it isn’t even closed yet! Get this lady out of here, you’ll lose more business keeping her. Won’t be back.

50 minute drive to Bridgeville since the Washington store was closed. I go only every 3-4 months, but I make the trip count. I enjoyed chatting with Frances; she knows everything!
