“I needed a replacement phone quickly. I stopped in, they had what I wanted in stock -- including the screen protector and case. They even reminded me that I had rewards to save $$ on my protector and case. So, all that was great and helpful.

The staff member helping me had to keep asking for help, so it took much longer than I expected to complete a simple purchase, over an hour. I think I talked to nearly every staff member while trying to purchase a phone, it was a bit chaotic. After 90mins, I got frustrated and I left with the phone and accessories -- but the phone would not activate, they couldn't figure out why. I chatted with the Xfinity agent online when I got home and got it figured out.

It would have worked out a whole lot better if I could have just ordered the phone and SIM card online picked it up and turned it on at home like you do when you order it online and have it shipped. But, I realize that is the fault of Xfinity in general, not this location in particular.”
