We had an issue with our local taxes, not one, two, three, BUT FOUR TIMES!!! The original accountant had to do the taxes 3 times, as she felt that the first 2 times seemed off. Her final outcome had me owing and my wife overpaying by a lot. With her having to constantly correct herself made us have no confidence in her work. H&R block offered to have another accountant review our taxes and they told us that everything was accurate. I was asking a lot of questions as their numbers were not making cents to me. This led to her giving a lot of attitude and making it known she wanted the call to end. Well, I just received an audit from the local tax office saying our taxes were filed incorrectly, that both my wife and I over payed. Everything seems off, they gave us an attitude when we pushed the issue, and they were ultimately wrong. This incident leaves me questioning the quality of the services provided by H&R Block.

H&R Block has been our mainstay for our tax returns. They get it right and they exceed our standards during the process. Juanita Ghelarducci is always a pleasure to work with. She has done our tax returns for over 8 years and we have developed a friendship. She always professional, customer service oriented, and up to date on changes in the tax code.
