Some employees are rude, unhelpful, and lack common sense. I was being nice and letting the team know I could not take back my items that I had to leave and I felt bad. And they looked at me like I had 3 heads. I guess I won’t be nice .

This store is not what it used to be and customer service is horrible. Go to check out there was ONE checkout with its light on and the one next to it had a cashier checking out someone but she said she was closed so I wait at the 1 open. Someone else proceeds to walk up to the "closed" one and the bagger walked over and started checking her out. I had already started putting my stuff on belt and there were people waiting behind me when a manager walked by and questioned why there was only one open then took all the people behind me and they were done and gone and I'm still checking out. It is unacceptable to have ONE register open and refuse to take waiting customers when there is a line! They could also use some training in bagging. And I have been been finding expired food.

This Giant Eagle is fine. It's a bit smaller of a location but it's always clean and tidy. They have some things that other local stores don't have but their prices are noticeably higher than their competitors. But it's always very clean in this location unlike others that always seem a bit dingy.
The other down side is their international selection is pretty slim here. They don't have the type of ramen I like that I find at other Giant Eagles.

Horrible store. Little gremlins attack you when you walk in, and there is a portal to hell open in the back. From it emerge all kinds of supernatural creatures. The bread also grows wings and flies around the store, screaming blasphemies in many tongues.

Great grocery store to come to, I come here for a lot of different things. The only downside I think is their prices are just a little higher than some other places, good quality food but just a little higher than normal I think.
