They've always been nothing but nice there. The one time I was seen at medexpress and the doctor sent in a prescription. I called the pharmacy asking how long it would take to be filled since I was in the area and was wondering if I could pick it up now. They told me 15 minutes and it was done within that time. I love this pharmacy.

This store offers rough and rude service at very high prices. If you go to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, you will get good product and good service. If you go to Aldi's, you will get good prices. Thus, there is no reason to shop at this or any other Giant Eagle location. If the employees don't care and the management doesn't care, why should you care? Go elsewhere, and tell your friends to do the same. Vote with your dollars. You don't need to put up with it. The Giant Eagle of yesteryear is not the Giant Eagle of today. I am never shopping there again.

They sold many many kids cigarettes underage in the 2000s, and continue to be behind the times on compliance with basic social norms (IMHO).

All working there are the best. They always know me when I walk up there and they're always helpful. Best staff, best pharmacist. Always double checking my meds and pharmacist always greets me and is ready to explain any questions I might have. Best of the best. Neg reviewers? Take the time and give the respect they deserve. They're absolutely as important as your dr. and will catch anything the dr. misses. I'll never go anywhere else.

My mom has picked up prescriptions here for me for a while now, and this is the third time this pharmacist has been nothing but rude to her. I was getting a medicine change, and they filled my old one and the new one. My mom told her we just needed the new one and the lady barked at her "Well which one do you want?" After that was dealt with, my mom wanted to just ask her a question and the lady said, "Can't you WAIT?" She also mumbled stuff under her breath around my mom. My mom is very patient and kind to people, and she put up with this lady multiple times. The technician there was super sweet but this pharmacist has a horrible attitude. We plan to report her for her ongoing behavior, no one should be treated like that for just picking up medicine.

Horrible.. had some man follow me out in the parking lot customer service could care less that this guy acted as lost prevention and took stuff Out of my car trying to get me to go towards Kmart(to verify I paid for the stuff on my receipt but would not show me I’d) when there is nothing in that building.. closed my bank accounts associated with giant eagle and will not be back to this one.. be alert females by yourself

My son ordered a Unicorn Birthday cake for my Gr.daughter's 6th Birthday. Instead of a cake he received 13 Cupcakes with the words 'Happy Birthday' spelled out (one letter on each cupcake) & a plastic unicorn horn stuck in each cupcake

I always and stop in for lunch if I'm in the area they have a nice seating area so you can eat the food you buy. I always get the 3 piece deli chicken with 2 sides the chicken is really good . The only problem it's a pain to pull out of the parking lot at rush hour.

Absolutely careless and bad communication. Medication should not be taken lightly and it's a shame that this pharmacy does not care about their customers.
