I wish I could give 0 stars but we'll give the one to the custodians for cleanliness! The teller i encountered here was a travesty!!! WOW! Also, apparently this bank will not cash their own checks even if you pay them which is the most asinine thing I have ever heard of !

Wonderful experience working with Candice and Dana. Very stress free. All we had to do was show up and sign our names. They took care of everything. This was the best experience we have ever had applying for a loan. I highly recommend them.

Worked with Candice Livella , best experience I have had with First Commonwealth Bank and their employees . My loan was easy and far less complicated than the ole PNC bank experience. PNC , probably not closing “ .. Well, not the case with First Commonwealth !! My new forever bank . Thank you Candice !

Literally the slowest drive through on the planet. Terrible speaker quality. Every teller I've ever had had always been rude and rushed. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Planning on taking my business elsewhere.
