The attention in this place is terrible, the worn-out vehicles are missing beaten parts. The worst thing is the service is terrible, they made me go 5 times for a car, I don't recommend them. ???

Brian at the Bridgeville Enterprise has gone above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle while having car repaired. I feel like they really took care of me the best they could with the lack of stock at all Enterprise locations currently. I highly recommend if you are to rent a car for personal or insurance reasons they are awesome!

Please be cautious, THIS PLACE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU. I was having a car repairs done and my insurance talked me into renting through them. Biggest mistake I ever made. The Toyota Corolla they rented me was barely put together (scratches all over the side, giant dent and scratches on the front bumper, missing the drivers side wheel well - the car had clearly been in an accident before). I had the car for all of 4 days, only driving to work and back, and the check engine light came on. I immediately called them and asked them if they knew if anything was wrong with the car. They said no, and to just bring it back the following day. So I dropped the car back off at the repair center and I was done. They called me the next day to tell me the car was in perfect shape and they refunded my deposit. TWO WEEKS LATER, I get an email for a damage claim on said vehicle. Now, despite them driving the car back to inspect it, telling me it’s fine and giving me my deposit, they are claiming the car hasn’t been driving since returned and they are claiming I am responsible for the cost of transmission repairs. They literally rented me a lemon and are now trying to get me to pay for the repairs. USE ANY PLACE OTHER THAN ENTERPRISE. Take pictures or everything, even underneath the car, if possible. They will rip you off or try and scam you to fix their broke down cars. No manager will answer a phone call there, either. This place is a joke and only employs crooks and clowns. STAY FAR AWAY.

Car was clean and was available at the pre-arranged time. After drop off, I was contacted to inform me that I had left sunglasses in the car, and that they would hold them until I was able to pick them up. Great customer service.

I got in an accident in the summer in the pandemic when rental cars were very hard to be found. The whole experience with my car repair but a nightmare but the bright spot was the Bridgeville Enterprise. They were the only, and I mean ONLY, branch that was able to get a car for me. After a few weeks, I needed to switch it to a minivan to take my family to the beach. Brenndan was awesome and said he promised me a minivan, so he found me a minivan. They were able to apply my insurance discount to my bill even though I wasn't going through insurance. A stressful experience that was made smoother by having Enterprise be so helpful.
