Tried to say my brakes where metal on metal and did not pass inspection. It would have cost me $400. I had a second opinion and the brakes where not metal on metal, did need changed soon but did pass inspection. I do not recommend them.

Awful customer service. I get it, parts are in low supply and there's a labor shortage, I tried to be understanding but got walked all over and spit on. Was the damage repaired? Yes. But then my battery died within 24 hours of picking up the car. It's been absolute hell dealing with Colussy so I went to a different shop to assess that repair. Train your reps to be decent humans and stop lying to customers. I didn't receive a single phone call during the weeks my car was there. I was constantly calling and being put in voicemails. Worst of all, I was told conflicting information. It's all just lies to keep the customer patient and I've had enough. I've delt with some crap mechanics but the level of disrespect I experienced at Colussy was unreal. After talking with other mechanics in the area, it sounds like they went through a recent restructure so be careful-- this shop may not be what it once was.

I had 2 very positive experiences with the service & collision center that I wanted to share. The first happened a few years ago. I was dropping my daughter off at school just down the street and I must have driven over something while pulling into the school's parking lot because when I got out of the car to drop her off I heard a rush of air coming out of one of my tires. I started to panic not knowing what to do. This was also around 7 am in the morning so not much was even open. I ended up calling the Colussy Chevrolet service center which was thankfully open and they said I could bring it in. They quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue, and it only cost me around $20. Fast forward to today. I have a couple minor scratches on my car from a backing up incident over the weekend. I stopped by Colussy Collision center as it was on my way home and the manager, Tom, was kind enough to come out and take a look and give me his honest opinion which didn't even involve using their services. I'm glad I didn't need to use their services today but after my positive experience I know where I'll go if I ever do need more extensive repairs in the future!

I had to take my Chevy in for an issue. Fortunately it was covered by the national warranty through the company, so I returned for the fix. However, communications weren't great between the team and the leads... it was not fully fixed! After a third visit, it seems I was good to go. The customer service team was great and I know mistakes happen...

DO NOT under any circumstance take your vehicle here for service particularly if you are a woman. They treated me like a “**** woman” when I questioned their mistakes! My insurance company recommended this dealer for repair so happily went there for repairs after hitting a deer. Upon picking vehicle up I noted there was what appeared to be condensation on the plastic part of the dashboard where my gauges are located. Called and took it back the next day only to be told ther

Got an offer for a wheel alignment and decided to get rotation so decided I would take them up on it. Their dealership is very crammed and confusing and spread out over a few different building. I finally found the right service department and luckily found the only spot to park my truck in and I asked a worker to point me in the right direction to where to go to since I had to park on the back side of the warehouse. The worker questions if I'm suppose to even be there bc I have a dodge and it's a Chevy dealer when all I'm interested in is an Alignment "fall special deal". He gives me vague directions and tells me to go around the building and look for an older gentleman; which I do and found no man or no one. I went inside the service department door (bc that makes sense) and finally get into the office to be greated by an older lady dressed like an evil school teacher. She does not acknowledge me at all (or have a mask on) and I stood there for a few seconds before she looked at me like "what do you want". I politely tel her my situation and she glares at me and starts waving her finger in my face telling me "YOU need to go find a service representative and tell them what your here for and fill out an envelope". I tell her okay and I decided that I'm not doing any more walking around this disorganized dealership and giving them by business. So I left. I will say I had work done to a vehicle that was hit on the side of the road by their collision dept and it was a nice process. And the lady that works the front desk there is very friendly.

after a pleasant conversation, Vic made a great recommendation for me the Chevy equinox, after which another great conversation where we discussed financing, as well as warranty and dealership benefits, within no time at all I found myself deciding to go with this car and put off looking any further. throughout the entire process nothing but patience and caring from both Vic and Beth who handled the financing. they had the car detailed and prepped to perfection I left the dealership completely satisfied and remained satisfied and expect to continue being satisfied. a very inviting and accommodating staff I've never had a more pleasant car buying experience.

Spent 4alot of money on a corvette place will not register my car because I'm out of state when I bought my other new car in pa and they did and sent my plates. Place is a joke and all they do is pass the buck. Stay away.

We ran over a large metal ladder in the middle of the highway. The ladder was destroyed and we needed to find out how much damage was done to our car before we could continue our vacation before heading back home to Canada. The repair shop was completely booked and we were concerned our car couldn't be seen. The manager went out of his way to hoist our car and show us minimal scratches to the underside of the car and assured us there was no major damage. The cost of the inspection was reduced to a minimal amount. The young gentleman who lost the ladder took full responsibility and paid the cost. We were in and out of the shop in less than half an hour. We were impressed with the professionalism and service. We are confident that if all customers were treated as well as we were, you are in good hands.

Purchased a new Silverado there today. Couldn't have been happier with the sales and financing team. Terry was great, knowledgable and listened to what we had in mind and found the best deal for us. Scott was great with trade-in, which allowed us to buy our first brand new vehicle! (We originally went looking at a used Silverado). The incentives we were able to get made the decision to purchase new so much easier. Joe worked his magic with the numbers and got us a financing deal we were unable to pass up. Never felt rushed to make a decision. Highly recommend for your next vehicle!

Took 2019 Express van in for service for A/C problems both Chris and the mechanic said the problem was normal and to live with it- asked to take ride to show the problem- only to wait another 20 min with no ride or resolve of problem. Called General Motors and told them the Lack of professionalism of their service department at Colussy Chevrolet. They sent me to Miller and Sons and the service department drove with me -experienced the problem and solved the problem !! I would NOT recommend this dealership! Very disappointed - If I listened and believed Chris and the mechanic I would still be driving with no air! How many others have they gave wrong information on there vehicle? I do not Trust this dealership because I was lied to. I will not take my vehicle back for service or buy another one from this dealer ship.
