“Had a great experience renting from this location. I booked online and had to book an extra day because the website said no after hours drop off. When I picked my vehicle up on the morning of my rental the manager, Cam, spoke with me about this and said that he would credit the extra day for me upon my early return. He stuck to his word and I am very grateful for that. I would absolutely rent from here again. Very friendly staff all around. They even spent a little extra time cleaning the vehicle more on the day of pickup and the vehicle itself was a great ride and super good on gas mileage.”

“Century 3 Kia sent me here for a rental car while mine was under a warranty repair. Patrick took the time to find me a Kia rental (because apparently Kia only pays if it is another Kia car) and was very kind and understanding over the phone. “I was treated very well but manager specials are tesla electric cars which do not go very far. You have to find a special charger for them and it takes at least an hour. DO NOT PLAN A LONG TRIP UNLESS YOU PLAN STOPPONG PLACES FOR AWHILE.. I was out in a field in Erie Pa charging with no one around. Left without a full charge because it was getting dark.”
