The grapes were moldy, the prices are 100% better at shop n save. Service is absolutely terrible. Ignorance and unhelpful.

LAZY… Untrained cashiers and members service staff. Young man (Cashier) with the trucker hat told us to unload everything onto the belt stating it was corporate rule! We asked if there was a hand held scanner and he replied no. He did not help or ask if he could help instead he waved us over like you would airplanes on the tarmac. I was with my 80 year old mother! We Just purchased two 20lb frozen turkeys and other heavy items.
Members service was hesitant on giving us a managers name even though I asked 4X and then we got the name Jamie.
I Just called corporate… hopefully they can retrain their staff or get people who actually want to work and be Happy. There’s always Sams and Costco too much competition to treat clients bad.

I've been shopping at this BJ's location since it first opened in 2022, and it's always been great.
I did briefly switch to Costco during a lapse in my BJ's membership, and I truly cannot understand why anyone thinks that store is superior. It's always packed, traffic is a nightmare getting in or out, their hours are horrible (they don't open until 10 AM, where-as BJs is open at 8 AM every day), they don't accept MasterCard, and every employee I interacted with was rude. I literally got attitude from the greeter at Costco during my very first visit, because I didn't have a picture linked to my membership card (which I signed up for online beforehand). But how was I supposed to have a membership photo if I'd never set foot in the store before?
BJ's has nicer employees, better hours, an easier parking lot to navigate, and a good selection. I've only ever shopped within the store itself, I've never done a curbside pickup or delivery order - so I can't speak on those services. I do wish that there were less sales people pushing products and services on you throughout the store, thats really my only complaint.

Hey... First, Thank You for viewing. I want to know, what happened to the black girl that worked there about 5, maybe 6 months ago. She was very helpful. I remember her saying she was about to quit due to the company being racists? I didn't see it at first. She was so helpful though. She was the reason I learned to scan a barcode and see if there's a coupon through the app. NONE OF THERE OTHER EMPLOYEES DID THAT FOR ME. There's a guy that always asked me about a Capital 1 CC? A couple ladies at Self checkout did that as well. They would hound me. That lady would never do that. She always said when I was ready, I could follow instructions in the app or come in and she can and will help me complete one. She was so nice, effective. I will say this, after being on leave for a while, I came to show her my daughter but, they said they didn't know who I was talking about. I was just there in February, she was at a register near the SC, I am not blind?! So, I assume she did indeed quit. I do know that she stopped, came over, stood there, took at least 10 minutes, scanned my entire cart, rand me out, and was one of the most pleasant people I met there. I went in today and wow, totally different but, I thought of this employee once I seen in the book, her idea is in that book. I'm sure she doesn't know that. How many more people did she help and never knew that WE APPRECIATED HER. I'll never come back to BJ's. Also, where is the 40 bucks from the renewal? Wherever you are, I hope you're doing wonderful. Bj's is not what it says, they do not uphold what they have in writing! I hope someone comes in as a competitor because South Fayette deserves a lil better..

Worst experience and customer service. Sam's and Costco both don't make you hunt for coupons in their app- they apply them automatically, so i cancelled my membership as they stated they refund if not satisfied. I have been waiting 1.5 mos for a refund...It certainly doesn't take that long to refund something....the customer service from this company is terrible

The heavy set short blonde karen at the gas station made a big deal when i pulled in the gas station in the opposite direction because the hose would not reach my truck she came out and said i cant pull in that way which i have on 3 other occasions with other people in the i guess it would now be called guard booth and no big deal except for this time when i asked her why she just said because the sign says wrong way you just cant do it like there was some kind of invisible force field that was going to magically come and stop everything in the world at that moment because somebody did something different at a gas station i explained to her it will not reach the gas tank on my truck she said you just cant do it no explanation only you just cant she said i would have to wait in line for another pump to open up i once again told her i just waited in line she said ohh well you will have to wait again and just went back in her little booth. You give some people the slightest amount of power and it goes straight to the head

I like the club and fairly comparable to Sam's (shopped at with members) and Costco (member for several years). The problem in having is with customer service. I returned a tv in club. Two team members had to assist as they were having trouble and said they couldn't get a receipt to print. They assured me that since it said return started in the app that would be enough. They say you have to wait 30 DAYS!!! to get your money back. I waited now they are saying I didn't return the tv. I bought a new one that same day at the same club. I cannot get any answers and they are just saying it was never returned. I can't update their system. This was May 13th and still have don't have my refund.
Quality seems better at Costco but bj membership and pricing is on par for the difference. Also you can't beat the cookies at BJ's!

First time I've ever been in this establishment.
The staff is very friendly and very very helpful.
We had an opportunity just to walk around, before we decided whether or not we would like to join.
Unlike Costco from many years ago.
I gave Costco $55 and in return I got nothing..
One visit to their store with nothing but garbage with rude people
Enough about that this place is awesome..?????
Five thumbs up.
The people are truly very courteous and friendly.
The bathroom attendant was very very nice and I have to say he does a remarkable job with the bathroom upkeep.
The gas is very very reasonable given the current times.
On a special note for anyone that enjoys a cold adult beverage once in awhile.
They have a very nice selection of cold beer and wines.
I saved $6 today, purchasing a case of Michelob ultra today two 15 packs.
Purchasing it here will save you $6 anywhere else in any distributor around the burg.
I took notice to a lot of other things.
I shop at Sam's club as a member for so long.
Normally frequenting the Robinson township where there's so much traffic just to get to the parking lot then to get in and out of the store is a whole nother problem on its own wasting a lot of gas and time.
You won't find that here....
On another note anybody that likes Arizona green tea it is definitely cheaper here than Sam's club..
Also Dole pineapple juice also cheaper here.
I've noticed many other things laundry detergent in comparison to Sam's club is a little higher here.
Same with the dog food.
Dog treats and kitty litter are much cheaper here....
I could go on but I would like to say unlike Sam's club where they have the robotic floor cleaners or whatever they are at Robinson township.
They have straps literally wrapped around the steering wheels of these AI machines.
I wonder why that is, perhaps maybe they don't work correctly which I have noticed....
Here my son enjoyed hanging out with Tally.
Seems to be a virtual robot that goes around and checks the shelves to make sure everything is in stock and kept up to date.

It definitely was a fun first Time in this store, we became members and we plan on going back obviously...
There are a lot of perks involved with your membership if you go to the better membership even excluding the credit card.
Is there gas is very low in price in addition to being a member you get five cents off per gallon with the current membership we signed up with.
A basic membership you will not get this.
Yes they also have what I'd like to call a little cafe type place where you can have something.
Their pop is 75 cents
They have icees for a dollar
They do not have pizza like Sam's club though
That is unfortunate and sad
However they do have pretzels popcorn hot dogs
Also one more thing I'd like to add they have some very good pricing on very decent televisions and not only that from what I read I don't know if it's something they do all the time or just a sale currently in June of 2024
Purchase the TV get free gasoline
Apparently there's an app and all kinds of other things that are available that give you coupons and all kinds of good perks
My experience here today is 10 times better than Sam's club has ever been or has ever treated me.
