I honestly don't know where to begin with this one.First off I want to say that two of the employees were sitting in a car in the parking lot smoking.We backed in literally right by the entrance door.A young woman that we did see outside was already behind the counter near the register."THAT QUICK"????? I am willing to bet, they did not wash their hands within that 15 seconds it took if that...Well our order was rather quick except for the milkshakes.Three milkshakes took 25 minutes to get.Still not sure why ?My curly fries were coldMy three classic roast beef sandwiches were coldMy children's chicken tenders and sliders seem to be fineMy son's milkshake he said, it tasted like coffeeHe couldn't even finish itMine was pretty much melted and as cold as my 3 classic roast beef sandwiches.So I'm trying to figure out why I took 25 minutes to get three milkshakes !The place was filthy.The inside dining area looks like it sustained water damage from the ceiling a couple of times in different places.They never bothered to change the ceiling tiles.The one window where we were dining, look like they took expansion foam and just squirted some in a crack and then let it dry and cut it.The building has poor maintenance, and needs to be seriously updated.The dining area was completely filthy the tables had food debris all over the place and on the floor.There was a woman that cleaned the bathrooms, my son went to use the bathroom and he said it was very slippery.I thought nothing of it just assuming that the woman cleaned and told him to be careful the floors are probably wet.A little while later I went to use the bathroom the floors we're not wet.What I noticed is how slippery the floors were when they were dry.I've done restaurant work before when I was a much younger man.This is a common mistake.Someone had the mop bucket that they used in the kitchen, and that mop has grease on it and they used it on the public side.Such as the restroom.This will explain why the floors are dry and yet very slippery.I am very displeasedI spent $50 for food, had a very bad experience and Cold food...I do not recommend this place..

Had to come back in twice to get parts of my order that were forgotten. Sliders didn’t have cheese on them. Fry containers were only half full. Ordered the Kings Hawaiian sandwich and it didn’t have any cheese or tomato, roast beef was light and there was barely any sauce. Not the quality I’m used to from Arby’s. Will be avoiding this location.

Food is always good just doesn't deserve higher cause when you order a beef and cheddar and it doesn't come with the cheddar then its kinda pointless then.

The employees here are very polite. My only minor gripe is that the fries aren't usually warm.

I travel all over the country and eat out alot. This Arby's is the best Arby's I've ever been to. And I've eaten several times now over the past 3 months and im impressed everytime. Its mind boggling how good the service is here. 10/10

I work nearby and this had been my preferred place to pick up lunch. It's a bit hit or miss lately, more miss than hit. I was there about a week ago and had the cheesesteak sandwich which was nearly inedible (soggy bread and a couple peculiarly hard pieces to bite through). I was there again today for the turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich and after getting it back to my job site was terribly disappointed to discover that it was made without the lettuce, tomato and sliced onion and that aioli was used instead of ranch dressing. I was repeating garlic for hours afterward.

Unusually nice people. How many fast food places has a manager come to your table and ask how things are? Plus poor Amber the other worker seemed to be working with lack of help. But she was very nice, and even showed on the wrapper my second sandwich toppings. While eating, a few small vegetables fell to the flloor. She came by and cleaned them up before I could. I rang the bell by the door for their good service here. This Arbys is a little out of my way. But I will go the extra distance for them in the future.

It's an Arby's what can I say. I do love the food, the customer service was pretty good for the most part. You can't expect greatness if you don't pay for it unfortunately. That's just the real world.
