The grounds are well maintained and provide ample space for enjoying the outdoors and/or walking your dog, all within the property. The office is quick to respond for requests and provides a peace of mind in knowing anything out of your liking will be remedied with swift kind responses. Getting mail and packages is very easy and accommodating as well. And the location! Central and close to just about everything in Pittsburgh. I would highly recommend Valleyfeild to any person or family looking for spacious, clean, and affordable living.”

“I lived in the Springhouse Place apartments for about a year and a half. I had a really positive and pleasant experience. The apartments are pet friendly and I felt my dog and I were always welcomed. My neighbors were friendly and considerate. My apartment was on the top floor, and I did not experience any issues with noise from neighbors. My appliances were all in good and working conditions. The apartment itself was clean. Any maintenance requests I had were addressed quickly and efficiently. My move out experience was pleasant.I really loved the area- it is close the grocery store and other shops and restaurants. I felt very safe in the community. I moved out of state, otherwise I would have gladly renewed my lease and continued living at these apartments.”
