On May 20th 2025 I went to the Post Office to ask a question for one of them. Employees to do something for me. Cause the stamp that she stamped the day before. It didn't work so I asked her if she would Restamp it She said not Fixing it and change it from the day And she has a whole attitude should work with the public

Truly terrible, loses our mail and packages all the time, took 3 weeks to deliver a very important piece of mail from Philly to us. I did the math and a literal snail would have taken only 3 days longer than the USPS

They will lose any letter or package you ship from there. They are always closed during their limited operating hours.

On Monday June 24th, 2024 I personally dropped off a pre-paid package with tracking number included at this location.
When I entered the customer service area, the "young" female working that morning did not look in a good mood.
I asked her if they were closed on Saturdays due to the fact that on their main door sign, Saturday morning has an over the sign, sign with the word CLOSED. My inquiry was if they were closed the week's specific Saturday. Her answer was that they had been closed on Saturdays for the past 10 years. I explained that I am new in the area and did not know their schedule.
As I walked away I said that maybe they could change the door's sign, I was thinking if it is permanent and it has been like that for ten years, could be less confusing making a new sign including their actual/ real schedule. She did not seem to take my comment on a positive way, but I preferred to walk away without engaging in her bad mood.
Yesterday I checked the status of the shipment and according to the USPS they hadn't receive the package. Today, three days after I dropped off the package the system shows the package hadn't been scanned/received by the USPS.
The reason the shipping label was created with a tracking number is due to the fact that a very important document was included into that package. I made sure to deliver it to the Postal Service in person, so the document wouldn't be lost in transit.
Each day the USPS services reaches a new low; the Bridgeport, PA office it is probably one of the worst service providers even if it is subsidized by the Federal Government with our hard earn tax dollars. Postal workers are federal employees who are supposed to uphold and respect the mail protection laws, including the process of the mail regardless if they feel like doing it or not.

Hands-down, the best post office in the area. The guy that they have working here, James, an older gentleman is absolutely has one of the best attitudes of any postal worker that I’ve ever met. There is no line often times and the service is very prompt, efficient, and friendly. I would not hesitate to go back.

Says it’s open at 8:30am, but have been here until 8:40 and door from lobby to the counter is still locked. I can hear a tv in the back room and when I knocked it was turned down, but no one answered.

They suck!! Close during operations hours !! Don't answer the phone. If you go there you never know if they are closed and you just wasted your time, and you can't call because they don't answer the phone. If you can't keep it open during business hours CLOSE IT or get some reliable workers

Need to make half a star an option. Just go to KOP or throw out whatever you are sending, you will be better off since you know where it went. I went to KOP for years without issues. First time I go to Bridgeport and my package is now missing 10 days later. According to tracking it never left Bridgeport, according to Bridgeport it just hasn't been scanned at the next location(10 days later). This post office is terrible

I was there at 4:28 and was saying they are closed. I was there with my stroller and packages and couldn’t take it so we discussed til 4:30 so she could say they are officially closed.
