Wanted to give a raving review to Conestoga Collision and particularly khan, vinny, tony and Allison as they are fantastic and if i could give them all an 11 i would but i know on 1-10 they are 10 in my books. The precision fixes, the customer service, follow ups, the app on updates, and knowledge are superior and above the rest of competition on repairs and all else. “My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. This is the kind of neighborhood shop that really gets it (unlike some of these corporate-auto-grinches minus Roxborough Autozone). I had to repay the favor by giving them a rave review. Thank you! “Last year the AC on my 2009 Honda CRV finally quit for good after some front end damage. I took my car to DeWane's. Dave diagnosed the problem ; a burned out compressor, leaky condenser coil and cracked radiator which did not surprise me. I had the car back in a day-and-a-half and at a fair and reasonable price for all the work plus inspection. I have been using the heck out of my AC since then and it's working perfectly. I would recommend DeWane's if you are looking at a big repair. Thanks Dave!”
