“Delivery is screwed up at this facility! And most of the time they are hit or miss…I will say I had the pleasure of speaking with Remy today to rectify an issue and she was Class A all the way!! Very courteous when answering the phone and with her call back to me. I ended up going to the location to pickup my tires. Remy brought them out on a golf cart in the cold rain! I would not thought that this location was that squared away… So FedEx Manager know U have an employee who saved the face of your organization today!! Thanks Remy keep working hard and giving excellent customer service, some folks like myself truly appreciate it. If not for her easily a 2-3 star experience. But moved to 4 because of her, I know it’s not all on her.”

“My experience in shipping a grandfather clock across the US with TSI was favorable. Total time from AZ to PA was a little over a month (that included the holiday season) and I received e-mails giving me status reports of its progress. I received two calls in advance (one to set up a time for delivery and another to confirm the day prior) and the gentlemen who delivered it were considerate and careful. The service is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. As for the less favorable reviews, the shipping process is always fraught with peril and only as strong as its weakest link.”

“Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. I was so grateful for her and for making the experience a five star experience from start to finish. I will only go here from here on out. Thank you Toni!!”

He also advised me there was a 25% rewards coupon available and helped to set me up in the Staples rewards program. Liam was knowledgable, professional and patient. “I just had to take a large, heavy box to FedEX since it was supposed to be picked up at my residence and was never picked up. This location is very easy to get to and if you can read you will have no trouble following the signs to the customer location. It is very well marked.The gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful since I am handicapped, and he helped me with the package and even brought me my receipt. A very good experience.”

“I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”

“Hands-down, the best post office in the area. The guy that they have working here, James, an older gentleman is absolutely has one of the best attitudes of any postal worker that I’ve ever met. There is no line often times and the service is very prompt, efficient, and friendly. I would not hesitate to go back.”
