Please fire the driver of zpm2227 license plate. He drives dangerously. Wanted to run us off the road in conshy and flew up river rd just to get back late at night. Just saw them in the other lane flying and then cutting off a car to enter the fedex entrance. Fire them now before they injure someone. We reported them to the police as well.

Keep saying they came to my house and they didn’t! Now I’m 2 days out of work because these drivers are saying they are coming to my
House and I was just told by customer service that he’s going to the wrong address! Smh what an inconvenience 2 days now!!!!!

I don’t understand how this place is still legally open. The workers steal packages and act like they’re looking for them when in reality they’re not. They refused to check cameras or continue to “look” for my package. They stole $378 worth of clothing for my baby. These people are sick.

The FedEx ground driver didn’t ring the right doorbell even though I had a sign on it. My Nest doorbell currently doesn’t ring the chime so I have a second wireless one with a sign to say to ring it instead. So he didn’t leave the packages or knock or even read the sign so he took the packages.

Never answers the phone and does not deliver packages on the specified date. Always a day or two late.

This place definitely has a stealing ring going on here. I know because my cousin used to work here and told me all about it. I encourage everyone to call the cops and file charges against this FedEx location. They need to be reported as much as possible!!!

The delivery drivers are a waste of time and energy. They lie about delivering packages and they claim because of no door bell but my son was sitting ong the step waiting for it the other 2 days prior I was less then 5 feet from the the door. Now they are saying they will attempt tomorrow for a last time they tried a first time.

One of my recent shipments was originally set to deliver a day early on 7/11. It did not arrive in the local station in time to make that timeframe. Delivery was then rescheduled to the "on time" date of 7/12. On 7/12 the first scan of my package was its arrival in the local station at 7:46AM, after the delivery truck for my area had already departed. At 2:23 pm when a secondary package of mine was delivered by FedEx, I received a second notice that delivery was attempted on the package in question but that it was unable to be completed and would be rescheduled. At 2:28 that attempted delivery turned into a damage exception with no information other than "Damaged, handling per shipper instructions". It is now Monday (7/15) and as of a text notice at 9:26 am, delivery has been reschuled for today with 2 updates of an updated damage exception at 9:08 am of "Barcode label unreadable and replaced." as well as a 9:09am "Delay" notice which I'm guessing means delivery will not be met again today. EDIT: Delivery is now rescheduled to 7/16. I am just confused how a label that was scanned as it moved across the country, scanned by the local station when it arrived, mis-scanned later that day as attempted, scanned again minutes later as damaged, was being updated through tracking information which includes the final delivery address, and could simply have the unreadable barcode replaced; was so damaged and held up delivery so badly that it could not be delivered on time, over the following weekend, or at the very least the following Monday. I understand "Delay" looks better then "Late" on metrics but this is ridiculous. Edit 7/16: package has now moved from local delivery facility and has arrived in a new facility a state away. FedEx is a complete failure.

My experience seems consistent with many reviews here. A 2-day delivery did not show up and stuck at ‘Out for delivery’.
After three days from delivery date, no update on where my package is. It contains an important official document. I recently relocated to this area and never had any issues with a lot of other FedEx locations. Frustrating!

The FedEx drivers here are terrible. The same driver has delivered 2 big items this week to the wrong address!! Apparently they hire people who cannot read. This guy needs to be fired. He delivered a desk to the wrong address and yesterday my bed. How do you deliver a bed to the wrong address. Now my bed is missing. They said they are looking for it. Not sure how they will find it when their employees cannot read. If I could contact the CEO of FedEx I would. If I could give them zero stars I would. FedEx Corporate, WAKE UP and get rid of the employees at this location and hire new people!!! They are ruining your company!! I will not buy anything from a company who uses FedEx. Why, I would never get my delivery.

If I Could Give Zero Stars. I Would! My Mom Sent Me A TV Because I'm A Cancer Patient On Medical Leave. For 4 Days It's Been "Out For Delivery" and No movement. I Know Someone Stole It Because Customer Service Heavily Encouraged Me Contact The Retailer To File A Claim. You All Do Not Hold Your Employees Accountable & Someone Is Going To Get Hurt!!!

Two days in a row of saying it will be out for delivery, just for no one to show. The first time it said attempted delivery but there was none, the second time I waited at home the entire day just for no one to ever show abs at the end of the day it went from “on the way to today” to “waiting on update”. Complete waste of my time, ridiculous the lack of communication, you just get transferred to people who don't answer or don't know.
Update - third day in a row, same result. didn't show up during the window, and right at 8PM instead of "on the way" the FedEx phone number says it will be updated.

The Bridgeport fed ex is the absolute worst!! Their drivers are unreliable and I swear they have a whole stealing ring going on there. Forget customer service because they are no help whatsoever and cover for the shady drivers. If I order online and see fed ex is delivering I cancel the order because it is not worth it!! This location needs to be shut down!!
