“Pretty good service and good communication. They delivered the vehicle to me but they were late. I had to wait a half an hour.
the one thing that really bothers me, and I know they all do it, but don't make me identify the damage that may or may not be there. I had to stand in the rain and try to find damage on wet water beaded paint. Really? Both times I rented, they brought me a vehicle with somewhere around a half tank. Then its my responsibility to try to remember exactly where the needle is on the gas gage to return it with the same amount. The second time I returned it short maybe 3 or 4 gallons and they charged me for double that. How can they even know how many gallons I used when it wasn't full to start with? Other than that, the vehicles were clean and nice.”

“I moved down south 3 years ago but I had to fly in for my favorite cousins funeral so my spirits were already not high. I’m from the east coast so I had already prepared myself for the “ east coast” treatment lol. Nolan gave me the complete opposite. I still felt like I was down south. He greeted me at the door with a smile and was very hospitable and professional throughout our entire transaction. I had problems with my card declining and he did not show any annoyance yet was even more courtesy and just overall a great guy. His parents raised him right and Enterprise you are so very lucky to have to him. I am almost 40 and this is the ABSOLUTE BEST Experience I’ve ever experienced at an Enterprise and his manager Sidney was also super helpful and courtesy to me when I called and asked a few questions! They have an exceptional team at this location! The other locations need to step it up! It’s not what you say but how you say it and sometimes people may forget your name but they’ll never forget how you made them feel! Thank you so much for your customer service!”

“I rented a vehicle on June 7 to go pick up my new truck. I was already frustrated with the world that day but then I rented at Enterprise in Norristown. It was pleasant fast and professional, which is something I have not been used to encountering these days. There was a small bit of damage on the vehicle I had reserved and the person I dealt with I wish I remember his name… Saw the potential customer service issue when I dropped off the vehicle and took care of me getting me into another rental immediately. That is my rental spot for now on. ! How are you? 10/10 Would recommend because of that guy if you’re tired of dealing with people that don’t like their job And don’t do things the right way.”

“This is the second van we purchased through AMS Vans. Our first one was 100% online 11 years ago and delivered to us in New Jersey from Georgia. Amazingly easy process and our van lasted 11 years with minimal issues. Now 11 years later we came back for a new van but went to one of their new local showrooms. Again very easy process with with amazing support from you sales associate Diane Avellini, she made everything seemless and exactly how we needed it to go. Thank you again for another amazing vehicle.”

“Thanks, and kudos to Shane, who gave me more than-expected help yesterday. He was supposed to pick me up at the body shop, do the paperwork at his office, and give me the car key there. But as he knew that I was in a rush to be at work on time, he surprised me by giving me the car and doing the paperwork at the location of the body shop instead of the enterprise office. Also, the inside and outside of the car were clean.Thanks again!”

“On Dec 12th i booked a rental car with a one way drop off at the BWI Airport (drop off at Dover, DE). My flight lifted off 2 hours late so I called Budget reservation desk, was told not to worry, car would be available when I landed. After landing, went to BWI Budget desk I was told that my reservation had been dropped when I was 30 minutes late, told the nice gentleman (young, black gentlemen with dreadlocks) that I had called the reservation desk (gave him my reservation number). He found my reservation but it didn't include a one way drop off. Seems the Budget reservation desk had to re-enter my reservation when I was late and didn't catch that it was a one way drop off. The price was over $100 more, not my fault. The nice Budget gentlemen said he'd honor my initial reservation but could not make changes in his system. He said he'd leave a note for the Dover Budget Office and thought it would be ok. It was- kudo's to this gentlemen and to Budget for honoring original price and making a very tired customer super happy.”

“I was supposed to have my rental car booked from Wednesday to Monday. I ended up returning the vehicle Friday instead. It was only supposed to be $300 from wed-mon, but when I returned the car 3 days early, I was charged $250. I turned back and went into the office and the manager was extremely nice and helped me with fixing the price error.”
