She's now 94 and Butch still provides the same stellar service, with compassion to boot. I inherited my "not a car person" syndrome from my grandmother, and it's a huge relief knowing I have someone who provides the best service and knows me and my whole family by our names. Recently, Butch fixed my catalytic converter and inspected my car. Chain outfits quoted me a price 3 times as much as what Butch charged, and that wasn't a discount. It was his resourcefulness, expertise, ingenuity, and a promise he kept to my grandfather back in 1995. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“hands down the best car buying experience i’ve had in my life so far. i was looking for a place to purchase my first vehicle and this was one of my choices. bruce was so helpful, so open and welcoming, and not to mention he was honest. my cars check engine light came on a couple days after purchasing, no biggie you get a 90 day warranty upon purchase that includes engine repairs. the mechanic, j, is very nice as well and is open to receiving feedback on what you think needs to be done or what you want done, as long as it’s covered by the warranty given to you upon purchase. my car is up to par now and running great! i would highly recommend you at least check out bruce’s inventory and reach out if your in need of a car. they are phenomenal.”

For a very fair price and in two days, the mechanics at Tropical Auto Repair replaced my radiator, alternator and belt on my 2008 Toyota Highlander. She is running like a gem again!
