“I lost my keys in the store. Didn't realize it, though, until I got to the car with my groceries. I attempted to run back into the store, but the doors had already been locked. That's what I get for checking out as they were closing the store for the night. I frantically knocked and attempted to flag someone down. The manager said they were closed and couldn't escort me in to look for them. I was sanded and felt defeated. My son was cranky and had been crying for about 20 minutes at that point, and I had mostly frozen stuff and produce in my carts, melting in the heat. To my astonishment, the manager had made a phone call and let me in escorted by an employee to begin my search. I retraced my steps and finally found the car keys in some bananas. I graciously thanked everyone and went home. Good work!!”
“Bought 2 bags of potatoes last week. Ended up throwing almost every one of them in the trash because they turned bad really fast. My husband said he thinks there is a bad 1 in them when unloading car. I checked a few. My fault I should have checked them all. Even as bad as they were I could not smell them. Also what is with the bagels? Do they freeze them? They are also sticky. A few of the younger cashiers need be a bit more friendly. Pharmacy folks are awesome and always very helpful. Very pricey groceries. I know please don't tell me about ALDI right down the road as you did in another review. We usually don't have a problem”
“I only really go to Newhard pharmacy for prescriptions. But as soon as I walk in the door I am greeted by name as well as when I go to pick up my prescriptions I don't even have to say my name they already know who I am and what I'm there for. They're customer service overall is great I've only ever had one or two bad experiences but you have to consider the fact that I've been coming here for over 10 years.”
“When I had trouble with medication shortages, this pharmacy came through. They searched high and low for my medicine. On top of all that they're kind and courteous. Wonderful wonderful wonderfu!l ?”
“This location does not have a floral department on site, per say, but they do have a large selection of individual roses by half a dozen and at a very reasonable price. There is also a large selection of bouquet add-ins, such as green leafs, baby's breath and more, to make your own beautiful floral arrangement for any occasion or just because. They did have a few floral arrangements made up (3), but I thought the individual half dozen roses looked healthier so we chose to make our own. It also looked like a larger arrangement with the add in of green leaf stems and red leaf stems. For just under the cost of a half dozen arrangement, you can make it a full dozen roses and create the bouquet yourself.”
“This is my go to for quick stop shopping or whatever I need. Only self checkout service. Prices seem high but that's everywhere you go in the world we live in today. Friendly and personable staff. They usually have whatever I'm looking for. I would recommend this place.”
“Update: they have moved the deli to a 9AM opening. So it appears the different departments are now on the same schedule. Thank you for that, and I added a star back. Now you guys need to make more fresh bagels!Seems like they listened. They seem to have enough fresh bagels.Now about that fried chicken! You need to start it earlier! I love Weis fried chicken!”
“This Weis is really an awesome store for a town the size of Macungie. So many times, I think I couldn't get the items for my recipe here, but they have it! However, I give only four stars because their prices are high as hell.”
“An okay Weis...one of the older stores in the valley. Needs updated. Restrooms are back in the store area and need updated. Very nice cordial employee's.”

“The people at this CVS are so friendly and helpful! That includes the pharmacists too. I had a concern with a change in the manufacturer of a medication I take. The pharmacist took extra steps to track down the information and get the original scrip filled for me. She took time to talk with me about it first without making me feel rushed. They are the best there!”
“I switched from CVS in Emmaus after multiple issues with filling medications, delays etc. Rite aid has been wonderful they look at the medications send in ans basically triage them, if they see antibiotics they will try to get them done sooner. I've never had to wait more then a few minutes, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I switched”
“My place of choice for the big shopping trip of the week. Easy to get around, never super crowded, clean. Not as many options as the fancy stores in town, but I don't need a 15 dollar baby cake or wagyu beef most of the time”

“Wegmans Pharmacy is extraordinary. They will work with your insurance or a script savings card like GoodRX to find the best price for your medication. They text when they receive the request and text when it’s filled. The customer service is always helpful and their pharmacists are knowledgeable. I have cancer so I need numerous refills throughout the month. They know me by name and authentically care about my healing and health.”

“My In-laws 3 1/2 hours away, in their 90s, one with Dementia and the other Wet Macular Degeneration, Macungie Pharmacy is a "God Send" for them and us! Catering to their prescription needs and changes in medications in a heart beat is a true relief and comfort. This Pharmacist, and his staff, is 100% always on top of every thing, and easy to talk to from a distance. Out of a 5 STAR Rating, I would give them 100 STARS for being 100% in taking care of the needs of their customers, and their Family member in charge of their needs and care. “Christa is THEE best!!! Traveling from MO to here and then onto somewhere else while on vacation. There was some kind of debacle with transferring prescriptions from MO and she straightened it all out for me. “Unfortunately. I was under the care of a Dr who wrote 5 different scripts that was the same type of medication. I got tired of not participating in my own life. So I chose to stop those med and I got my life back. (IN NO WAY do I recommend anyone to do this). It was my pharmacist at that time who told me he is happy. When I stopped those meds he told me it wasn't safe that I was taking 5 strong meds that did same thing. To that pharmacist, thank you for talking w me about that. I asked him why he didn't questioned and was told pharmacist cannot second guess a Dr.”
