Very helpful, polite. I had an issue with Philadelphia barracks not returning phone calls for a case. Breiningsville barracks helped me and my issue was resolved within 30 minutes. Thank you!

Rude useless people. They don’t care when you’re in danger.

Preoccupied and unaware of their surroundings. I was driving on 222 towards Allentown when a driver raced by everyone sitting at a red light to get to the front of the line. 50 feet away on the median was a state trooper. He didnt react or even look up from his phone. They will pull over people on Christmas eve for "License plates not matching the car" but wont look twice at someone blatantly driving recklessly.

I have to agree with others. Not knowledgeable at all, completely unhelpful, and terribly rude. I called to report a harassment and littering incident and ask some questions. All I got was useless sentences devoid of any helpful information yelled at me repeatedly. Do not waste your time, not worth it. What a waste of resources.

Extremely rude people and seem to have no interest in helping at all. I called and tried to explain and incident and the person who answered the phone kept cutting me off and then told me I had to come in to speak to an officer and then hung up on me.

THIS PAST NOVEMBER SNOWFALL WHEN THE CITY FAILED ITS RESIDENTS AND ALLOWED PEOPLE COMING HOME FROM WORK SIT ON THE 78 FOR 5-6 HOURS LOCKED IN AND UNABLE TO MOVE. WE WERE FORCED TO PULL THE CAR TO THE SIDE AND PICK OUR DAUGHTER UP OFF THE 78 FREEWAY AT 1 A.M IN THE MORNING -THE STATE POLICE HAD HER CAR TOWED BEFORE 10 A.M THE NEXT MORNING AND BECAUSE OF THE STATER'S CALLING FOR THE TOW AND NOW THE TOW COMPANY IS CHARGING PEOPLE $350 TO GET THEIR CARS OUT.

I used to believe you had to go through tons of extreme training to be state police, but the officers I've met recently couldn't take down a 5yr old by themselves without some kind of weapon. And they seem to be getting dumber all the time

I agree with Amber. And keep your doors locked. One time an officer just walked right into my apartment because no one was nearby and didn't hear him knocking. He 'claimed' the door was open and that gave him the right to enter, but later when asked, the girl who was with him stated the door was actually closed and he turned the knob to open it. So what does that mean...if your door is unlocked or you have a screen door and the inner door actually is open they can just walk right in at any time? I don't friggin' think so. I could have sued their department for violating my civil rights, and still can.
