I needed 1 new tire mounted and balanced. After stopping in at 3 different tires shops i was told they are to busy to do a 10 min job. That being said i went to Jack Williams and they told me no problem i will get it and change it for you. Which they had it changed in no time and then loaded my tire for me. I have to say the whole time there was very pleasant. I spoke with all the managers there, Jordan and Sue in the office who were very accommodating for me as well as Marie who changed my tire, said sure i can do it with no hesitation. I have to say its rare to see a manager get their hands dirty. It was refreshing to know there are good hard working people still out there. So thank you Jack Williams for helping me in a pinch.

I went in for an oil change and tire issues and was amazed by the customer service. Sue and Marie are great!! The waiting area and parking lot needs a much needed upgrade. Apart from that this jack williams has a returning customer. Thank you.
