As executor of my father's estate, I was responsible for distributing his firearms to family. The remaining guns I sold my father's guns to Eagle arms in July.Having realized that I mistakenly sold the wrong weapon (my brother wanted my father's police revolver), I returned the net day asking if possible to exchange with a rifle. They instead requested that I buy the revolver for $250 and gave me just $50 for the rifle. They then charged $50 to have the revolver shipped to my brother's local dealer. Several weeks went by with multiple calls by my brother asking about the status - to that end it was never shipped.It took me having to visit the store, watch the owner pack the gun in a box, drive behind him to the post office, and get a receipt with tracking to ensure it finally shipped. I already paid dearly for my mistake - to have to visit there a third time to finally ship the gun I sold to them and then had to pay $250 to get back is infuriating.Don't go there if you intend to sell, buy or trade. Don't go there if you need to have a weapon shipped to another dealer. Just don't go.

I happened to pass Eagle yesterday and stopped in. They had a nice selection but not what I was looking for. I mentioned I was on my way to the Forks show in Allentown. He said you'll probably find a 39 there. He was right.

Every time I stop in, the customer service is helpful and knowledgeable, and they have fair prices on guns and ammo. It seems the others reviewing are new to guns and are uncomfortable in their ineptitude. If you explain to a gun store that you are a novice and are looking for advice they will help.

Check before you buy! Staff was very friendly. I wish they were more honest. Bought a 100rd box of Winchester .40S&W, I was told all .40 was $30/box. Thought I had found the deal of the day. When I got home I realized the box had been opened and was missing ammo with other random ammo thrown in. only 74 rounds total including some Wolf steel case and Federal HST. Too bad I don't shoot HST, I'm more of a Lehigh Xtreme Defense type of guy. The overall value was still the same but what I got was not what I was lead to believe I was buyingAlso bought a box of 1,000 large pistol primers, was excited to find them. I came to find this box had also been opened and was missing 200 primers. Again I thought I was getting a good deal but lo I was not. Very deceptive bait and switch sales practices.I would highly recommend thoroughly checking everything you are looking at before you pay.

Stopped in to look at some antique rifles. They seemed annoyed by my presence. Barely looked up from what he was doing. Instead of discussing the guns and telling me about them, I barely got one word responses.They have a decent selection, though the prices were way too high for the rough condition of the guns I was looking at. Someone may find something different here that the won’t find other places.There was a young man at the pistol counter who seemed very friendly and helpful. Made me wish I was shopping for one of them.After a few minutes, I felt very unwelcome and left.
