Autumn Park apartments is a great place to live. I would recommend this complex if you are looking for a beautiful, quiet, clean and spacious place to call home. My family and I have been here a month and we are so happy to have chosen Autumn Park. Melissa and Jim in the rental office are amazing. They are attentive and professional. They don’t ignore you once the lease is signed. During my search I read many reviews about other complex staff becoming unprofessional once the lease was signed……NOT HERE!!!! A month later, and the office staff is still professional, caring and responds quickly to my needs, questions or concerns. The application and approval process was easy and super fast. Maintenance is fast too and super friendly. My apartments is huge and affordable. I could go on and on about how great it is to live here.Now for the CONs…..because no place is perfect!!!1. You can hear your neighbors if they are extra loud, but that’s part of apartment living. 2. Grills are not allowed on the balcony (like in most places), but the complex has charcoal grills around the area and gas grills by the pool.3. the appliances and cabinets in MY apartment are out-dated, but everything works and looks decent. I specifically choose the out-dated apartment over an updated one, because I liked the location and view of my place.You may wonder why I didn’t knock a star for the cons mentioned above, simple……because the issues mentioned were not a deal breaker for us and it’s part of living in an apartment.We are perfectly happy and content in our new home.I promise to update this review if anything changes, but for now…… in my opinion RENT HERE…..You won’t regret it!

Firstly, I have never lived here but the exterior grounds are well kept. They also have a few electric charging stations on the premises. Hope that helps. The location is excellent for quick access to the 222 bypass, Hamilton Blvd, 78, 22 and Route 100.

I have found the maintenance staff at Autumn Park Apartments to be extremely helpful. They respond to maintenance requests in a timely and positive manner. They willing explain what they are doing and anything I can do to avoid any problems.

I have been living here for over 8 years. Nice place to live. My apartment is large for a 2 bedroom compared to other complexes in the area. If anything needs fixing, I just submit online and maintenance is usually at my door within 15 minutes. Landscaping is kept up well, all the roofs and balconies have all been recently replaced. The folks in the office are great/responsive with anything you need or if you have concerns. I have not had any issues here.

I have been living in Autumn Park since 6 years ago and no plan to move. I like it very much. It is clean and beautiful. The residents here are very nice. It is close to one of the best elementary schools in PSD. You will find lots of kids here, full of energy and laughter.The office staff are awesome, always friendly and helpful. It was such a pleasure to talk with them. The maintenance is also fantastic. They respond quickly and work efficiently. They are kind, professional, and able to answer all your questions and address all your concerns.I definitely would like to recommend Autumn Park apartment to everybody.

I have lived at Spring Creek since 2017. I lived here prior but due to a job change I left for a bit but I came back. This is the best apartment complex I've lived in. Maintenance is fantastic. They are there as soon as possible. They are friendly and kind. The office staff is also great. They are able to answer all your questions and address any issue if required. The Landscaping crew does an excellent job. The snow removal crew is totally awesome. They are there right away, work through the night and make sure everything is clean. All driveways & walkways are always cleaned. Once an individual cleans off their car and moves it, the crew comes and cleans that spot. The rates for an apartment are actually cheaper then other complexes & their amenities are great & included in the rent. I'm glad I moved back & have no intention of leaving.

Love our 15 plus years here! What really make the difference is the great maintenance department. If it ever breaks they are there promptly and do an excellent job! The communication from our office is unbelievable, we know of any upcoming events, enhancements etc. promptly!Community is great! Neighbors are great love it!

Very happy living at Autumn Park. Residents are clean, courteous and friendly - the kind of neighbors everyone wants! The apartments and grounds are very well maintained. We've had very few maintenance issues, but when they occur, the team is ON IT immediately and takes care of everything quickly. New roofs and balcony flooring just gave the whole complex a beautiful facelift. Can't recommend Autumn Park highly enough!

I moved into Autumn Park last July/August of 2022 and have recently extended my lease for another year. The Management Team, Jim Weaver and Melissa Bauman, have been wonderful to work with and the maintenance team has been stellar! The grounds are well kept and the location is most convenient to suit my current lifestyle. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay thus far in this quiet and respectful community. I applaud the entire team of Autumn Park Apartments for a job well done and thank you as well.

We have lived at autum Park Apartments for nearly a year. Jim and Melissa are very receptive to suggestions and bend over backwards to help in any way they can. Maintenance quickly fixes anything that needs fixing. The grounds are kept very nice. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
