Drove all the way here which was an hour drive. The vehicles were listed on their site and we also spoke with them via phone to confirm. We arrived to find out that one of the vehicles needed a transmission and the other one was so badly rusted underneath that they wouldn’t feel comfortable selling it.Talked about @ss backwards. You go ahead and post vehicles for sale and even allow someone to drive there and the cars are piles of garbage. Never heard of putting vehicles up for sale before knowing of the issues.Will never return here and would never recommend anyone come here. We were able to find exactly what we needed from a small family owned business.

Mechanic that worked on our van was very unprofessional, we had an airbag recall and side door recall. When we picked the van up it looked like a hurricane hit the inside! The center console and glove box were emptied out then just shoved back in, stuff was on the floor and sunglasses were broke! The things I had stored under the seat, spare sneakers, notepad, and paper towels were thrown up on the back seat, it looked like my van had been ransacked, very disappointed. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get to them and I get my van back like that. NOT THE WAY IT WAS WHEN I LEFT IT THERE!!! Won't be going back there.

Shults auto group always takes care of me, no matter what the location. 10 years of sales and service with no complaints! Brandon at the Chevy garage smells funny but that's not his fault. Robby is a great salesman to work with.

I thought by going to a Toyota dealer I would be working with a quality outfit - sadly, this was not the case. Tire indicator went on when driving away from the dealer. Called them and they said it needed air. But it needed a sensor, which they should have seen when they replaced the tires. Then they had the nerve to say I was told about this in advance. (Bald-faced lie). Then within a couple of hundred miles, the front wheel hub went bad. You would have thought they would have noticed this when they replaced the front calipers (They claim to have replaced these). My mechanic said the wheel was wobbly and could have fallen off. Now, a few hundred miles later, the other front wheel hub went bad (almost seized up). I hope after spending $1200 I didn't anticipate almost right away, the problems are over. But beware!
