Not what I ordered at all. Proof is in the pictures. Shaking my head. Called and explained the situation, and I am still waiting for a callback four plus hours now. I completely understand being busy but slow down for a minute. Not everyone wants mayo on their sandwich! I have always enjoyed sheetz, but this is just annoying.

Got milkshakes and they were good but the wait was ridiculous I watched them talking to each other the entire time while making them and not being very respectful of the timely service at all. And what bothered me the most was how nasty the kitchen looks . The floor was covered with food the counters were covered with food. Half the workers pants were hanging off there butts and there bellies hanging out while making food! Disgusting!!

Sheetz Isn't bad. The problem I have is people have personal problems and have no where else to go. Like me for example. When somebody sits here for 2 days straight the stuff they have to sit on in here is extremely un comfortable. They used to have 2 black chairs in here. It is like they removed everything comfortable in here so nobody will sit in here for long periods of time,Because the lower of my back really hurts. if people want to feel comfortable or have no where to go at least make it some what comfortable.

The second I walked in I heard yelling. The “manager” working, Tina, was yelling at the other employees in the kitchen while they were trying to make multiple orders and were obviously busy but didn’t help them at all. She proceeded to walk up to the register and holler for the next customer. She just looled absolutely miserable. No friendly greeting, not even a hello. I will be avoiding this place while she’s working from now on. Not a very “family friendly“ atmosphere. There was also giant bins all over the store with merchandise in them still not taken care of. Just looks crowded and messy.

I had recently lost my voice from laryngitis and I could barely hear from a head cold. The employees seemed overwhelmed with orders but we didn't wait too long for my latte. When I noticed my drink didn't taste right, my husband interpreted for me while I used what little sign language I knew.They were very patient and worked hard to make things right despite the language barrier.

I only had two good experiences here one with Cassidy the kitchen manager she saw I was having trouble trying to get the kiosk working and the happy young woman went out of her way to come around from the kitchen and help me figure out just what I wanted I tried to tip her and she declined and said it isn’t needed I was very happy with my experience, my second good experience was with a young lady named skylar she asked if I needed help and I said I would but I don’t wanna waist her time she stood by and helped me collect what I went there for and even went in the back of the freezer and grabbed milk for me I could tell I irritated her but she still did it with a smile and wasn’t rude at all she was very polite and even rung me out I will definitely go back to this sheetz for more great service

Apparently Sheetz believes that theft ok. Someone just walked out with a couple of orders that people placed online. No cops called and the staff acted like it was no big deal. You would think that they would at least go back through the CCTV and file a report.
