I have a jeep wrangler, two door jk that the windshield got cracked by a rock this time they replaced it with a basic windshield When I called my insurance company and told them that they replaced it with a cheap basic windshield that they would replace it with a factory jeep windshield guess what they said no, it has to be a jeep windshield. My insurance company gave them the OK but Safelite says they will not come out and switch out the windshields. They put a basic cheap windshield in my jeep with no tinting. my opinion is you paid top-notch for your insurance you pay Buku bucks for your vehicle you maintain your vehicle so you go for the five stars service with glass service and you get two star service. This does not make sense.??

This location, Was the nicest people I was going to at my father's funeral I had shattered my back window Two hours before the funeral I went there the girl and the gentleman cleaned all the glass out and put plastic on it. With no problems they did it perfectly. Both of them made me happy and I can't thank them enough for that Especially on that difficult day. Thank you, I recommend Safe light 100 percent.

Thank you 'Safelite' for the timely manner that you scheduled my appointment; and, then replaced my cracked windshield. I appreciated the texts with the date, time and the picture of my technician, Tyler. Tyler arrived at his scheduled time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He completed the task, then explained how to care for my new windshield while answering all my questions about the replacement. Thank you, for a job well done.

Poor quality poor customer service if u can get through to anyone at all watch their warranty its not all its cracked up to be my windshield is all pitted up one chip has a crack started all of that voids ur warranty nothing is covered they even told me not to get the chip protection on it because it keeps a oil residue on ur window hence what would have helped with the problem I got now
