“Very nice rooms, 3 stars on cleanliness but everything works properly and bedding was clean. It's the fourth nicest hotel in Bradford and is somewhat quiet. This place has so much potential and they don't have any clue. With just some minor adjustments this place could create a buzz in the area that would spread far and wide very easily. I spoke with the front desk and she seems like she was somewhat interested in seeing some of this potential but had little confidence any changes were in the near future. She also was very polite and helped a friend of mine understand a billing question. I would easily recommend this place for a quiet stay. And the price is right”
“The building is amazing! Staff are so friendly and the beds are the best ever. Besides a fewMurders it’s beautiful. The elevator is old school and is controlling by a lever.. the person who operates it looks like the butler from addams family. Cool experience must try in this beautiful town.”
“Everyone was very nice and polite. Clean facilities is a must and they have done that here. There is a nice bar with attentive bartender, restaurant that is open 4-10. They don’t have any beers on tap though ( which I can live with after all). Pool is open 10-10, nice and clean and there are towels available. Our bathroom door was hard to open but again nothing to worry about. There are a few computers and you can even print out anything you need-which sometimes is very helpful. 4 stars only for the breakfast, everything else was great.
Rooms: Nice and clean. Beds were big enough, microwave and the fridge are behind a door so that they don’t annoy you with light and noise.
Food & drinks: Breakfast is nicer than most American hotel breakfasts I’ve had so far but far from my expectations. You have a restaurant right next to the breakfast area-why on Earth are you using plastic cutlery? I’ll tell you why-it’s cheaper. Nothing puts me off more than having a great experience and then waking up to scrambled eggs ( which in my opinion were actually real- good job on that!), bacon, bagel, oatmeal, yogurt and waffles. Nothing imaginative, nothing extra. Get real plates from the kitchen!!”
