I have never been to this place, however on a trip from Ontario to WV I stayed in Bradford and had my steering lock get stuck in the locked position. I called maybe 20min before close to see if they had anyone that had knowledge with Harley's. Isaac was great, he tried to get me help that night! Even if called back several times with updates.
I ended up fixing it myself. The communication and willingness to help was beyond what I would have expected these days.

Bike had problems right off the bat. They made me seem like it was my fault even though it was brand new and never took it off the floor. When they fixed it they tried telling me it wasn't covered by warranty, when Honda did cover it. Then i never got the titles, still calling them about it. This whole process was a headache, paid cash for 2 bikes and having all sorts of problems with the dealership. PLACE IS TRASH!!!

Purchased my 2023 YFZ450R from Nick, and it was a great experience! I'm from upstate NY, but go riding at Majestic Trails a lot, and when I'm in town I always stop in. Very satisfied with my purchase and with the staff at Charlie's!

Called in to Charlie's while on vacation from Ontario. What a great group of guys. I was after lubricants and filters for my side by side, nothing was too much trouble. Charlie's researched the best products for my machine and their prices were good. Charlie's came highly recommended from locals in town which is a great sign they have a good name. Well done fellas.

Fantastic experience here this past week. I'm from ON and was riding the Pennsylvania BDRX when my bike developed an intermittent no start issue that got progressively worse to the point I was bump starting it. Stopped in at Charlie's on a Saturday morning, the guy working the counter was helpful but warned me most of their technicians were off. It turns out the owner had stepped in to check on things on his day off and he graciously offered to take a look at it. He quickly diagnosed the clutch safety switch was the problem, he bypassed it and I was good to go again. All in under 10 minutes and no charge. This kind of customer service simply does not exist in my area. PA you're lucky to have a place like this and an owner that clearly cares about customers. Thank you Charlie and your team! P.S. BDRX was awesome!

I had a jug sent out to get a sleeve replaced from the factory on a 1985 250r atc. The first time I got it back, it looked good, and everything was done right, so I thought. I had it rebuild, and I had about a tank and a half through it, and the top of the sleeve cracked all around the top.

Took bike to get a tire change and now my air ride doesn't work and drive belt not adjusted properly and have low end clunk. Instead of owning up to a mistake they no longer want to deal with me as a customer.
