Really did a great job on my Jeep and staff was super great! One employee in particular, Ken, helped me with my window when it was stuck for free. Had me drive over to the garage right when I called and had it working within seconds and diagnosed the problem for me. Also, when I needed actual work done to my car, the guys got me in within days and had the problem fixed by the next day. They were very straightforward with me about what needed done, checked with me before they did any repairs, and also gave me a heads up on the estimated cost (unlike many garages I’ve been to in the past). I’ve never reviewed anything before, but these guys deserve some recognition. As a woman, it’s nice to go to a garage and not feel taken advantage of for once ☺️P.S.— Give Ken a raise!

If you ain't afraid to drive and want to save thousands of dollars it's worth the trip. Ask for Sam great salesman. No BS no gimmicksI talked with him on the phone. Made the deal drove 235 miles when I got there everything we discussed never changed. I highly recommend the dealership nothing like the south jersey area. If you want a good deal shop around here than call up there and you will be surprised how much you can save plus you will know you did good especially if you shop in the tri state area.

Took my SRT-4 for a heater core. On my car it's not a easy job, it's like a 12-18 hour job to even get to the heater core. I dropped it off Friday and was ready on Monday. And it cost almost $850 cheaper then anywhere else that quoted me. And they also fixed my boost gauge pod for free.

Bought several vehicles from there they will do what they can to get you approved. This time I traded my previous vehicle in and they said they would pay it off 2 weeks went by was receiving multiple calls from my leinholder because payment was not made so I kept texting and calling my sales rep Brandon and he told me for almost 2 weeks it was paid being processed said finance person Chris talked to the bank and nothing it took the bank threatening to reposses it for them to pay it and the bank never was contacted by them

The dealership was the only one that would pay off my current auto loan. I went there just to see what they had to offer. I dealt with Adam. I didn't go there with any intention of Leasing a vehicle, never done it or knew much about it. Adam knew my travel distance for work 60 miles a day, and to me 35,000 miles in 42 months sounded like lot. I felt rushed, and Adam was on his personal phone several times talking to his gf or wife saying he would be done soon, it was 8pm almost 9pm. I know I signed the lease which makes me responsible but a good salesman knowing my distance of travel would have informed me that Leasing wouldn't be a good option for me. Now here I am 2 weeks later having put on 1,000 miles already at that rate I will be at the allotted miles in 14 months, and that's only driving to and from work! Not to mention I left the lot in a brand new 2020 that was filthy, Adam just took the plastic off the seats and ripped half the sticker off the windshield and said here you go. I did call and complain and they did give me a full detail and filled the gas tank. Not happy with my experience and wouldn't recommend them by any means. I was pretty much told you signed the lease and are stuck with it! I was advised by others not to deal with this dealership and certainly wish I would have listened!

Needed my jeep to only be diagnosed they were only ones in area. Asked if I should be dropped off or wait. They said wait. Had been there once before to have a key programmed and took close to 2 hours. But said it wouldn't take long so around 3 hours later. I am handed an estimate for repair. 700+. It said it was the same part that was just replaced. A sensor or module. I have got bad ones before so back to my mechanic since my lovely diagnosis was estimate and when I asked he gave technicians scribbled copy that was unreadable even part number. My mechanic called and gotta bit more info. It was supposed to test way low. Tested 4 different ways and all were perfect. My time and almost 100 later.

Came here to get a new key for my van... They ordered it and never called to say it was in... I had to call them! The short guy behind the counter acted like he didnt care for business to much!
