Prices seemed higher for some Major brands than other stores in area. Overall, some products aren't offered in the area. I enjoyed myself.

The furniture manager called to let my Mother know that the couch she wanted was going off sale that day. So I took my mother down and we purchased the couch on sale. I thought it was very nice of her to call and let us know. Thank you Fran for your consideration.

The lady that HAS to be there to allow you to pick up furniture (blonde hair, acts better than everyone) is absolutely the rudest, even after I told her that our house burned down and we are re-building. I even had another customer come and ask me why she was being so rude to me. Customer service goes a LONGGGGG way.

I love this store. I have never walked out without buying something. The candy is delicious the staff is very friendly. The prices are so reasonable. The quality of their inventory. Is the reason I keep going back. Your eye just can travel all over and enjoys what it sees.

We purchased a power recliner, which broke within the first year. Fran at Bradford Big Lots arranged for us to exchange our broken chair for a brand new one. Every employee we encountered during the exchange was kind and helpful. We were so impressed with their customer service! 5 stars for sure!!
