I came to Monro to get an inspection and oil change. I was late to our scheduled appointment because the car behind mine had a dead battery and I was unable to get out. The car was in a place that required a portable battery to jump it, so it took awhile to get one. I called Monro and apologized and explained that we were going to be late. They said that was fine, however they seemed unsure why we were calling in the first place. When we finally arrived the man at the desk was incredibly irate and rude. I apologized for being a little late once again, to which he looked at the clock and mocked, "a little???". I was really shocked by his behavior, and explained we called. He ignored my statement. I hate making bad reviews, but I was really bothered by the customer service at Monro and will likely not be returning here again.
