Highly recommend Ted’s!! Called multiple shops in the area for help to get 1 tire mounted. Nobody would stay . I live over 2 hours away . My Tire went flat and Ted’s happily stayed after hours to help me get back on the road .

They were able to help me with an immediate issue, but they are highly unresponsive. I did end up paying about $100 more than the estimate beforehand as well. I can't get them to help me with another issue due to their lack of follow up.

I brought my car here to have an aluminum steering rack bracket rewelded on after it had been broken off. I was called at 7:54AM and asked "what are we doing to this car again?". At 8:55AM I was called back and told "Its done, you can come pick it up". When I picked it up, I was charged for 3 hours labor. When I returned to ask about this, the father could not come up with an explanation, and said his son (who did the work) would call me back. The next day the son called me back and very rudely told me that he was so skilled that he did a 3 hour job in 1 hour. Because this job isn't in the labor guide, and they weren't able to quote me beforehand, it should be charged for time actually spent on the job, not whatever number they magically decided to come up with. I was overcharged by 2-3 times what the job should have been.Service: Welding

I don't care about the money, but its the principle of knowing I was cheated. I gave them the opportunity to make it right, and they chose not to.

I loved the customer service, I called in and was able to be seen right away my car was finished immediately the next day and I thought it would take atleast a week being tho I didn't have my parts. Its a must go, they car for your car as if theirs own I recommend it ?%

I went here after a recommendation from a friend, and wasn't disappointed. I needed new brakes, and Tad took the time to know and explain it to me (being a first time car owner) and was kind, courteous and did great work. The price was also less than I expected, it's obvious they are an honest and great shop!!
