“We started off at the Original Mattress Factory. The man over there said hi and that was pretty much it. We liked one of the mattresses over there but wanted to look around more. We then made our way to Mattress Firm and were greeted by Symone. She was great! She stayed with us the whole time and explained everything in detail while taming my two year old while we tried out the mattresses. She was sooo nice and we ended up not going back to TOMF and just picking a mattress here because the customer service blew the other place away. Thanks again Symone!”

Thanks to Damien, I was able to get a full understanding of the different kinds of mattresses that were beneficial to my problem and overall body health and found the one mattress that I was so shocked it felt like the best thing for my sleep in years. “Our experience at Bradley Michaels has been great. In the last six months or so we’ve purchased a dining room set (Yutzy, made in Ohio) and family room furniture made in the USA, and we plan to use them in the future. Brad and Michael are very helpful - even when I changed my mind about a dining room chair style after leaving the store, Michael graciously took care of it. Brad came to the house with fabric samples and measured the room to help us come up with a game plan. This was incredibly helpful because it really does make a difference seeing the colors/textures in the space. He absolutely knows what he’s doing, and what I’ve really appreciated is a low-pressure experience with him. He knows we like an eclectic look and have a budget, so we may get things at a later date or from other places as well, and it’s all ok. Many high-quality items made in the USA that take some time to receive, but worth the wait. Even delivery was a good experience.”

I ordered online since I live out of state and was offered free shipping since my order was over $99. It was carefully packed, great communication with Nate, and arrived in perfect condition. “BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE. THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.That's the short version. Here is the backstory. After 25 years we went back to Perlora Furniture to buy a new leather sofa set. We found one we liked and ordered it in a color that should have matched our living room. This was a very big investment for us.When the sofa arrived it was instantly clear that the color did not match what we meant to buy. Someone from the store drove out to our home, took one look, and said, "Oh. Ewww. I see the problem." But the color number matched what we had asked for.He took a bunch of photos and went back to the store. "The color doesn't look the same here as it does in your house. Our showroom lighting is extremely warm, and I think that could have been what caused the confusion. Let me see if there is anything we can do."A few days later we got a call. "The owners have been on the phone with the manufacturer, and it's settled: you can order a replacement so long as it's the same design with a different color." Oh, the relief!The men came out to take back the first one... and left us with a loaner sofa for the several months we'd have to wait! Totally unexpected, and tremendously helpful because our original sofa had been thrown away.The new one just arrived and it is more than acceptable. Great quality, perfect size, etc. The color is still notably cooler in our well lit house than at the showroom, but we accounted for that with this choice and it is fine.So I repeat: BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE. THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. They won't give away the shop or anything, buy you will be treated as an honored customer and not just another sale.”

Went there on a sunny day to allow for easy sunshine on the way in and the way out...it is a windowless tour once inside. Cudos to the workers and their ability to stay happy, engaging, and frugal.
