I received email that states my package was delivered Dec 12th @ 9:42am, but I clearly did not receive my package. I believe it was delivered to the wrong address!

It would be nice if the mail lady didnt park in front of my steps blocking my way up to my house . It is a slight slope and the grass is wet . I really dont need to fall at 62 yrs trying to get up a wet hillside. This would be in Brackenridge ,pa

Great service and the counter person is so nice. But the mail carrier for my route is TERRIBLE constantly puts my mail in box and NEVER shuts mailbox and my mail gets soaking wet when it rains or snows it's ridiculous and it just hasn't happened a couple times it's been happening for over a year !!!!
