At one time I would have gave Wells Fargo 5 stars. Not now I have no problem with the tellers they are nice and polite. My issue is when they send a letter or 2 letters saying they are doing risk assessment and shutting down your accounts with no reason why. We called twice got hung up on, talked down to. But they would not tells why. We finally figured out they closed both of my accounts but only the joint accounts that my husband uses they did not touch the account with just his name. So they are taken revenge on me for closing my father accounts after he died and moving them at the directions of his lawyer to another bank for probate. Which I told them after that the money would come back. Now it won't. That us for sure SUCH BAD BUSINESS. If my father was alive he would tell you people off and do it properly.

Incompetent. I made a payment at the branch. They put it into a different account with the same name. They are to lazy to look up account number before posting transactions. Took 7 to 10 minutes to screw up the transaction, now 10 days later it still hasn’t been rectified. Unacceptable

I went to put CASH, a small amount, into a friends account. I had the account and my ID with me. The teller tells me “If you do not have an account you cannot make a deposit. You can come back with a cashiers check though.” I stood there and said “Cash is cash. What’s the difference?” Then she said “It’s because of money laundering.” She legit accused me of money laundering!?? This is why I will NEVER deal with Wells Fargo. A small, simple thing and BAM! You get accused of money laundering.

Great Customer Service at this branch.One call to this branch and Shannon the bank Manager was willing and ready to help. Shannon made an appointment for 9am the next day and took care of the wire and transaction. THANK YOU SHANNON!!.

Went in today due to a hold on my account, Edison was the male manager who was working today and turned my headache into a sigh of relief. My deposit was put on hold for another week, Took him 3 phone calls to have my money back into my account immediately! You the man !

Still waiting for an appointment that I made here after having to call 5 different branches. My appointment time was for 11am it's now 11:37am. Guess my time isn't valuable here. Also why did I have to go to this branch you ask? All others had no time slots available for people who work. I guess Wells Fargo overall doesn't care about their customers. Taking my $ and business elsewhere.

While everyone there is nice I totally dislike the way the teller counter is set up. You put your money or checks up on the counter about 4 1/2 feet high where everyone in the bank can see. There is nothing private or personal about it. If its for the tellers safety fine but what about mine when you hand me a pile of cash so everyone in the bank can see. Crappy design cant stand going in there which is to often because of the atm being broken . So I gotta go elsewhere and be charged $3.00 from another bank plus be charged from Wells Fargo $3.00. They do reimburse their three but what about the other $3.00 from the other bank . They say go to another wells fargo bank well that's in Pottstown. To far away . Looking for another bank .

Ashley is the best. I am not a frequent bank goer since I do most of my banking online and have direct deposit. Today when I went through the drive thru, Ashley not only addressed me by name( Before giving her any banking) and also asked about my dog whom I didn't bring today. She also included a biscuit for my puppy since he wasn't wish me. That's what I call customer service and it brighten my whole day.
