Experience here has been professional and their hours are better than the local credit union we belong to. When we have time we are hoping to switch all our acts here. Just know you should make an appointment for anything that requires someone other than the teller. It gets busy.

I’ve never gone in here without waiting at least 10 minutes in line while they fumble around behind the counter. Every transaction takes forever no matter what. Don’t go in if you have to be anywhere.

Incompetent. I made a payment at the branch. They put it into a different account with the same name. They are to lazy to look up account number before posting transactions. Took 7 to 10 minutes to screw up the transaction, now 10 days later it still hasn’t been rectified. Unacceptable
