I went in there yesterday night after work it was about 11pm, I just need to quickly buy cat food. When I went to the counter my total was around $7, I saw the lottery tickets and I said I would like to get some, a little Christmas treat for myself, I did not ever say want denomination of ticket or how many I was going to purchase. I pulled out my money which happened to be a 100 dollar bill. With out asking how many tickets I would like, the women at the counter said, "do you have a smaller bill, I can't make change", then voided my purchase and started drinking her drink she had at the counter. I had to tell her I still needed to buy the cat food I had the tap on my phone. But a couple of things; 1 go get change that's your job a 100 dollar bill is legal tender and you need to accept it, 2 there was no signage that they can not make change passed a certain point, 3 don't assume a person doesn't have a secondary payment method, and lastly work on your costumer service you don't just void a transaction and go about your personal business when a costumer is in front of you. I will also be calling their corporate office today, this is not the first time they have given terrible service, I will be taking the extra 5 minutes to go to the wawa down the street.

The employee was extremely rude to us when we were shopping in the store. She also clearly profiled an African American couple. It was the first and the last time I will visit any Turkey Hill location as really nothing else was outstanding about my visit either and customer service and convenience would have been the deciding factor. I will just drive to Wawa where I've always had outstanding customer service.

Went in after work to get a drink. Two young kids were working and they had friends in the store visiting. One kid was yelling the F word. Really? The customers pay your paycheck! Never again. I will stick to remembering to stop at Wawa before coming home next time. Smh..kids don’t know or want responsibility to begin with. Should be a a manger on duty at all times!

So i was there today and some lady inside kept stopping my gas from pumping bc i was sitting in my car after the third time she shut it off i stopped pumping gas and left. She was rude and absolutely on a power trip! I literally sat in my car with the door open and she shut it off again.Never will i go there again.

I'm fed up with this location. The young girl working attitude is horrible. I had to go to the manager once about her, now this time I'm done. Ill pick another store where employees don't mind doing there job!

Small gas station/convenience store that stays pretty well stocked on staple items, quick bites and more. Employees are nice.

They're way too picky about the masks. Like what if someone has a medical condition and can't wear it. Like you're not gonna let them in. Just ridiculous.

Terrible service. Was screamed at as soon as i opened the door without a mask. If your a patriot. Save your money and go elsewhere. No more masks. Never again will i be back.

Always seems so sorry inside the place.. the front door is a lawsuit waiting to happen. These definitely aren't your Wawa type employees...will never go here again
