I had an amazon return that required a label for battery pack, I had all my info ready and the associate helped me no problem and didn’t need to use the kiosk. The kiosk is handy for when I want to get in and out quickly and leaves the associates available to help customers shipping other packages!”

He diligently searched for it and he found it!!!! This is one of the busiest times of the year with a ton of packages at the post office and he found mine. EXCELLENT customer service and I am so grateful!!!!?”
“Not sure why all of the low scores. I had a very quick in and out dropping off some Amazon returns. Took all of 3 minutes. The place does need some renovation including a floor, but I didn't go there for the ambiance. I went there so I could return a couple Amazon purchases for zero postage and it was super easy. Would gladly return again to send back unneeded Amazon purchases for free again.”
