Brought my van in for warranty work and inspection. Contacted them after 7 hours and was told it needed work. When I informed them I had the warranty their tone changed to negative they informed me it needed a license plate bulb and some other stuff. The bill came out to 350 and change. The cost for the bulb and install was 40 dollars 11 for bulb and 29 in labor. The design hasn't changed in 12 years but I was told these newer cars require panels to be removed and fenders... Did 5 min research and found that 2 back yard mech could do the repair in literally 1 min. With that in mind 2 things. 1. always check your bulbs before service. And 2. mechanics should be making 1740$ an hour. After expressing how unfair this charge was they reduced the price to 20$. When I picked up the car their was mud on the interior and the volume was cleverly spiked all the way up but turned off. This service department should be questioned on customer service. And the red team... You know who you are. knows nothing about cars or customer service.

Minimum effort from this place. Bought a truck from them and was excited to come back for service work/ oil changes.... First service on the truck with them and they added extra items without my approval.They said they would credit me for the confusion so I figured I'd give them another shot.2nd experience was even worse,Oh well.

I went to this dealer because I received a drivers side airbag recall notice from Ford.The job that was estimated at .9hrs. took considerably longer, like 3x longer.The service writer told me that writing it up would take a few minutes longer. And, he suggested, that since I'd already been there a while that I just go ahead and leave without the papers. I told him I wanted to look at the work they'd done.Immediately, I noticed my hood was slightly open. When I opened the driver's side door I was absolutely astounded to see the dashboard lower panel, under the steering wheel, hanging off its position and the hood latch release hanging down. not attached as it should be.This caused me further agitation when the same service writer who seemed to want to rush me off, boldly stated that: "It must have come in that way".I demanded to speak with the service manager who came outside, after being told in my presence, that the dashboard was somehow bent or warped when the vehicle came in but that issue had not been recorded in their notes.Bottom line it was put back together with screws where there once were hidden line-up clips and with some mounting bolts missing.Clearly, neither the service writer or the "mechanic" had no idea about what they were doing and were about to send me off with a bum job to deal with.The Service Manager did his best, I suppose, but I was too pressed for time to stay longer. Thus I accepted the vehicle - only to find a broken off piece of dash panel mounting under my driver's seat and note the several missing parts I described earlier. Unfortunately, I was also too angry and astonished to take any photos while this entire fiasco transpired.This was badly handled from start to finish and I will never return there for any Ford Service ever again. Why would I want to deal with a service that lies to you to cover up their lack of knowledge and poor craftsmanship?

Took my vehicle here for an inspection. The service advisor was very professional and was straight to the point. They didn’t try to upsell me anything that I didn’t need and when I declined the recommended maintenance they didn’t push any further. Got it done in about an hour on a Saturday. The waiting room was nice and seemed clean. I appreciated the quality service I received here and will take my car here to get inspected again in the future.

My vehicle shut down along the road. I had it towed in to Beans. The Manager was not reassuring. 15 minutes later, and at a cost of $350, they came to the obvious conclusion that the Alternator went. And, of course, they had to replace the Battery too, even though it was only 3 years old and would have been fine had the alternator kept it charged. My bill was over $1k from Beans. PRICEY.

I will never use this place again. Typical dealer service center. I took my 2019 vehicle in with 17000 miles to them for an inspection and emissions test. I had a 49.95 coupon but as usual with dealers, they use the coupons to get you in and then hit you with repairs that they say you need. They charged me $50 to change a brake light. Had I known they were going to rip me off, I would have done it myself. I doubt the bulb was even out but shame on me for not double checking to avoid be taken advantage of. I know dealer service centers are shady but I thought I was safe this time. Obviously not. Do yourself a favor and always use your local mechanic and not this place.

My daughter was excited to use her down payment on a used car on a Wednesday here, she was a first time buyer, so I agreed to go with her to help any way I could even knowing my credit is not great. We walked in first impression , very gloomy salespeople just sitting around , no greeting. Was helped by one salesman who right off the bat said oh you are like a "ghost" to my daughter, no credit so your mom can try to co-sign for you. I gave him my information with knowing my credit was not great. He said if it doesn't work we can try other options. He took the paperwork to a finance manager and he said the banks are closed, we will contact you tomorrow, which would have been a Thursday. Well that came and went no call from anyone! Friday came still no call, so I reassured my daughter sometimes no news is good news, knowing to myself they should have at least called! Friday evening I decided to call, Patrick answered and said oh I have no idea?? So he looked up who helped me which was Rich and Alan. Alan is Rich's finance manager. I told Patrick it was very rude whether I have exceptional credit or bad credit we deserved a call! He agreed and put me on hold and came back and said you we're declined, they should have called you. The finance managers were doing nothing but standing and sitting up in their loft laughing and talking during our visit! Also would not budge on the price of a car that had 142,000 miles on it! I told my daughter forget the group of egotistical men in that place!! Funny thing is when we said No, a day later they dropped the price!! NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!

OK obviously this is a review based on my experience at this Ford dealership and Is from my viewpointI called for an appointment to drop off my 2020 Ford Ranger truck because of a clicking under the dash when the AC was on auto ( loud none stop clicking ) now keep in mind I did not just roll up there and drop it off I called ahead and got an appointment and a week later I dropped it off the night before my appointment as it is hard for me to get by there during the middle of the day. So the day I dropped it off was Monday the 16th for work on Tuesday the 17th of August 2021They called me later that day and said ya it's an air condition vent valve and they would need to order it as it is not in stock and would have it tomorrow Wednesday the 18th, I said great that pretty fast to get parts to go ahead. Keep in mind this is warranty work so I don't know if this affects how much they can charge ( ford vs me ) I suspect they get less from ford. SO I call them Wednesday and They now expect to have it done Thursday now, the 19th I said great As I NEED the truck back Thursday night to take it out of town Friday ( also keep in mind I am from out of state and I think they know I won't be a repeat customer ) So I call them late Thursday to see if I can come get my truck they said well we didn't get the part until Wednesday and it's a 7-hour job so it won't be ready until Friday the 8-20-21. (7-hour job...... ok so what happened to Thursday not enough hours in that day ?) I said ok but this puts me in a spot as I am using my big F350 4x4 long bed truck and did not want to take it to New Jersey ( traffic, etc ) but I have no choice so ok. well come late Friday I call to see if I can get my truck( after work ) and well now they said its a big job ( which I'm sure it is but hey 7 hours job going on days now ) but as they told me over the phone it will be late Monday now before its ready... oh my gosh already. now gotta take my truck out of town Saturday again....( not my ranger but my big truck ) So what are you going to do I'm stuck so ok, So Monday ( today ) 8-23-21 they call about lunchtime and said guess what your truck will be readyThursday it's my wife's NEW Ford Ranger she is going to flip because its not ready already. How about this get me a loaner or AT least try to make it up to me I think maybe cause I am from out of town ????? or it's a warranty job ??????? NOT HAPPY SO this 7-hour job was started Tuesday 8-17-21 and won't be over until 8-27-21 that's almost 10 days I just updated from 1 star to 2 stars because I just got a call today and picked up my truck

Don't try to look for a brand new truck here on a cold day. My wife and I walked the lot for 20-30 mins and not one person came out to check on us. I would like to give them the benefit that perhaps they were busy but each time we looked at the sales entrance there was 2-3 guys looking at us through the glass. Never going to buy a vehicle from these guys. Too bad, I was ready to purchase. All you had to do was do your job.

From sales to service we felt like we were the most important people to them while they were dealing with us. First Preston in sales. Incredible to deal with. A Mustang caught my husband's eye when we dropped my SUV off for service. We stopped and looked at the car and Preston came out a few minutes later giving us some info on the car. We told him we would think about it and be in touch. We lingered and Preston came out with the key in hand. He told us the whole history of the car, where it came from, what was added. The next morning I contacted him via email and he got right back to me. Bottom line was by 4 pm that day the Mustang was ours. Preston made sure when we came back to get the car the next day it was detailed and looking perfect. He even followed up with my husband after the sale!!! Fantastic service. Next new car he earned our business, Now onto service. My husband's truck was scheduled for service on Saturday, but we dropped it off midday Friday when we picked up the Mustang. When we dropped off the truck Mike was great and was also telling us all about the Mustang and what a great car it was. He told us how it was a show car and won trophies. He knew we were there yesterday with my SUV and just made us feel that we were important. Later that day we got a call that the truck was ready. They had an opening and brought the truck in early!! I used to take my SUV to another dealer, but lost confidence in them when the could not tell their right from the left brake bulb. Can fully recommend Fred Beans sales and service. This is our second purchase from them and Have full confidence in the service department.

I had an appointment for service at 9:00am on Saturday 8/15/2020 for a brake fluid leak. 1 hour later the truck was still in the parking lot. Customer service said you were dropping off but I had 4 texts stating customer was waiting. I got a ride from a friend as they said the wait may be long. 4 hours later they called stating they needed parts and couldn't get them and would need to keep the truck over the weekend. Never offered a loaner or rental. When I called back stating I needed a loaner/rental I was told they didn't have any and they would try and get one for Monday. Monday? I do have a job and will be in work on Monday if I can find a ride. Amber who answered the phone is one of the most arrogant people I have spoken to in any customer service department in my 67 years. When I asked for a General Manager she just kept stating he can't help as they do not have a car. I said I will call another Fred Beans location and she said what can they do your truck is here. Totally unacceptable.Also if you use their Body Shop beware as they charged me/insurance company for work that they did not perform and I had to take the truck back to the body shop manager to get the wrong righted. They should have fired the employee if they didn'tNever Again and STAY FAR AWAY.

This review is for the service department. (already reviewed the sales department) I purchased a used CPO ford Taurus limited. car is great. so I'm going through the manual, trying to figure out all the tech gizmos.when i went to try out the USB ports there weren't any! they were ripped out. car was a previous rental. i guess the clowns that rented it tore out the USB's for themselves! unbelievable. so anyway i call up the salesman (Mike Cudzil) told him about the situation. he made an appointment with the service department. Brandon was my service tech. brought the car in. they looked it over. ordered the part. was to come to come back when the part came in. in and out in no time..(somehow, someway, we all missed seeing that the USB's were missing. myself included. so came back. Brandon was out. so I dealt with Mike. from Brandon's team. both were very nice and knowledgeable. they get the part installed. I'm up and on my way in no time. I thought for sure I was going to get some song & dance about...well you've had the car for awhile now. we don't know what you could have done with it. no, none of that. they just acknowledged the fact the part was missing. ordered a new one. installed it. no charge for anything! everything was beautiful.the service department here is a pleasure to do business with. I have only good things to say about Brandon, Mike and Mark the service manager. I just wish they were closer to me. all this took place while this corona virus was taking place
