Very unwilling to help. We changed nothing but couldnt log in for many days into our online account. had no troubles with other websites, they web site would load and the log in page, but not the actual bank account page. local branch tried to tell me it was our internet provider when we had the provider as long as we've been logging into this bank online. and i had told her that. she offered no help, i had to ask if there was a phone number for online accounts. she gave it to me, i called, one of the security questions to verify it was me was Who does your direct deposit come from. i gave them the name of the company my husband worked for, and the lady accepted it. but she couldnt help me and transferred me to someone else. he wouldnt take that answer, gave him the name of the company that owns my husbands company he works for, he didnt accept that. he couldnt tell me why the lady accepted my other answer, he refused to verify me through any other information. he told me to go to a branch. i was completely stuck with no online account log in available and the branch who had no clue how to help.
