Fantastic. Highly recommend. Jess came out initially and help us understand the process and helped us map the boundaries. Had great ideas too about various areas that our dog now loves. The crew that installed the fence was very professional. All of the trainers were very good as well. We have an australian shepherd 1 year old who is full of energy and is now able to carry sticks from one side of the yard to the other for hours safely as a result of the training and the invisible fence. If you own a dog and dont have a physical fence definitely get one.

A young man named Ade was just here to repair my 24 year old Invisible Fence. He arrived on the early side of the 5 hour window I was given when I set up the appointment. I am sick right now so I described to him where the box was. I have a 300 year old home so navigating through it can be an adventure, especially in the basement. He quickly finished the repair and returned everything to the way he found it. How often does that happen? I was very impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. And in regard to the product, the Invisible Fence was the first improvement I had installed when I moved here twenty four years ago and is the only original improvement that stood the test of time. I wish I could give him, and the company, ten stars.

Ade is a friendly, efficient and – most importantly – knowledgeable service provider. We requested a first appointment of the day, and he was there on time. We had been getting random notices of wire breaks, and we thought a different technician fixed it a week ago. Then it happened again. Twice. Ade quickly diagnosed the issue and upgraded the box. Hopefully we're good now.

We were extremely impressed by the quality of service we received for the installation of our fence and private dog training lessons. Stuart, who managed both the installation and the training, was punctual, cheerful, and had an amazing ability to connect with our dog. She has adapted quickly to the fence and we’ve had exceptional results! We highly recommend Stewart and Invisible Fence!

I have always been happy with Invisible Fence and it has been very effective in keeping my dogs within the yard. Recently I needed a repair to the fence and following a bad “fix”, the service team responded promptly and Steven diagnosed and got the fence working again. I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and service results. Thank you Invisible Fence!

We just had our Invisible Fence repaired. The lines were severed when we had some landscaping done two years ago. Needless to say it was not going to be easy to find the lines to tie to. Stephen had his work cut out for him and it didn’t help it was the hottest day of the summer! But he was persistent and solved the problem! He was very professional and courteous! Thank you Stephen!

We've been with and enjoyed our Invisible Fence since August 2007. This is only the second or third time we've had a problem. Ed, from the Paoli, Pa. office came out because our Golden Retriever, Jeb, was breaching the barrier. Ed quickly diagnosed the problem, changed some of the system components and upgraded our very old receivers so they were compatible with the system. Ed explained to me what he found and what he did to fix it. Ed did all this while training a new technician. Ed was very friendly and professional. Our IF is back up and working great. It was an excellent customer experience.

This is our first time having an underground fence and Invisible Fence made everything easy! From day one, Kyle came out and talked to us about what we were looking for and went over all of the options for what could meet our needs. Tom installed the fence for us and was easy to work with. He answered all our questions and didn’t mind that would son was extra curious and wanted to see what was going on the whole time. Julie trained our dogs and was helpful in troubleshooting some initial tech issues we ran in to. One of our collars broke and she replaced it the next day. Finally, Dwayne helped address some additional tech issues we had with making sure our WiFi properly connected to the system. We have been very happy so far and love the freedom our dogs have, and appreciate the peace of mind the fence provides us. Thanks Invisible Fence!

Tech came exactly as expected. Justice explained everything very well. Did a great job placing the wire. Explained the system in detail and started training my dog today. Wonderful experience so far! I look forward to the next training sessions. He was VERY patient with my very timid new rescue dog.

I am writing this review to express my profound gratitude and admiration for the exceptional service provided by Ade and Vanessa from Invisible Fence. Our journey with Invisible Fence began with hope but quickly turned into a distressing experience, as our initial attempts to contain our beloved pets were met with heart-wrenching challenges and disappointments.
We initially contracted Invisible Fence to help contain our two animals. However, due to the under-managed training provided by multiple trainers from the company, we tragically lost one of our pets. This devastating experience shattered our trust. Despite the presence of numerous trainers, their efforts to train our remaining pet, Dash, were unsuccessful, leading to continuous escapes. The emotional toll and time invested in attempting to resolve these issues became overwhelming, leading us to consider abandoning Invisible Fence altogether and seeking a full refund.
However, our perspective changed dramatically when we were connected with Ade, a newly hired team member for our territory. Ade’s approach was transformative from the moment he took over our account. He demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to resolving our issues, calling us outside of working hours to ensure we were happy and felt cared for. True to his word, Ade personally visited our property, dedicating his own time to resetting the system in a way that effectively contained Dash.
For the past two months, we have finally enjoyed the peace of mind we dreamed of two years ago. Our yard is now a safe haven for Dash, and we are in the process of training another dog with the guidance of Ade and his recommended trainer, Vanessa. Their dedication and expertise have not only restored our trust in Invisible Fence but have also rekindled our hope.
Ade’s and Vanessa’s contributions have redefined the brand image of Invisible Fence for us.
