The score does not go to H&R Block whatsoever. This score is solely meant for our preparer, Kelly Kozell. She took care of everything and was quick to answer all questions. This overall was a polar opposite response from all others when I was trying to rectify error codes when trying to submit my taxes by myself. Further, there is a major disconnect between H&R Block and MilTax offered and integrated in the system. They make requesting help a lost cause because the two entities in essence do no speak to each other and H&R's tax pros are unable to help making them ineffective. Luckily, Kelly swooped in to save the day and initiated our taxes from the beginning but the prior process was infuriating.
