“Today’s experience at Ace Hardware was an excellent experience! I came in with my paint chip and describe the paint, namebrand and consistency and color that I wanted. I needed to go get a few things at the grocery store so I asked them if they could mix it while I was absent and they said no problem! When I returned 15 minutes later, my paint was all mixed and waiting on the countertop with a stick and A lid opener with my pink chip. Everyone was very pleasant and my check out was quick and painless. Although that is the way it is whenever I go into Ace Hardware in Pennsburg . Great staff, knowledgeable, staff, professional staff.”

“Honestly, I had a pretty poor experience here when a truck rental reservation was cancelled by the store last minute. Customer service desk was not particularly helpful. However, Sean (a manager of some sort) worked his hardest to find us a suitable resolution. He went above and beyond in calling other stores to get us a truck rental. “Going to a DIY store is out of my comfort zone. I do have to say each time I go to my local store I get great assistance from both male and female associates. It gives me hope that one day I will know what I am doing around the yard. They will even put the really heavy items in the back of your vehicle. No complaints from me. I always learn so much when I go there. Gotta run and see if I remember how to hook up the bagger thingy to the mower.”
“Found what we were looking for but needed help getting product from the top shelf and could not find anyone available to help so we used the rolling steps ourselves. Not a problem because it was quicker than waiting around for staff to become available.”
