Apparently no one can do their jobs here. I had called to have a fax sent for a prescription and it was never sent. Called the next day expecting my prescription to be filled and it wasn’t. Second lady said she would send a fax. Called my doctors office and they have no fax on file so they had to send a request. Just do your damn job nobody has time to sit around and wait for you to get it together. If you don’t want to work then find another job that gives you less responsibility since sending a fax is apparently to hard.

Pharmacy+ new phone system gets VERY confusing. Also finding the customer service to not be the greatest, not very friendly at times nor helpful.

Had to get my daughter's scripts filled from Urgent Care. Urgent Care told me to allow about an hour for the scripts to be filled. We left Urgent Care and went into a grocery store and then showed up at CVS. It was less than 20 minutes and when we got there the scripts were already filled! They just needed to add the insurance info. The one pharmacist was making my sick daughter laugh. He was telling us about how his wife and daughter had the same thing a few weeks back. This guy by far is one of the friendliest pharmacy techs we have crossed paths with. I can't thank them all enough for having her meds filled by the time we got there so we didn't have to sit around for too long.

Not sure why this store has such a low rating. Been getting my scripts filled here for like 20 years and my flu shots each year. Pharmacy staff are always nice and friendly. Never have any issues and they are always very helpful when there are any insurance problems with coverage etc. Everyone is always friendly and extremely helpful.

New to the area, visited for the first time for my booster vaccine. All the staff at the pharmacy were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long for my booster; they were getting through all the vaccines efficienly and quickly. The vaccine area had these little screened sitting areas to sit after the vaccine, as well as a privacy screen for the actual vaccine procedure; so that was nice. The pharmacists and technicians were all very attentive to everyone coming in. Staff were all very professional and were all working really hard. I even had time to get my prescription, which was ready for pick up :)

The pharmacy has the worst customer service to the point I am reaching out to the district manager. "Sally" needs to go to a customer service seminar and loose her attitude. She argued with me regarding a prescription refill a month ago when I went to pick it up and again today. Sally gave attitude requesting me to have resolution to my insurance information in person, I refused and stated we were going to have resolution on the call. "OMG" is the response I received. I was informed by a CVS pharmacy employee my information information was outdated and I owed almost $400 for my prescription and when I advised them they were incorrect, I was informed to call my insurance company. I did just that, WASTING 20 minutes of MY time to hear nothing was incorrect with my information that was given to them. So Ms. Sally - if I wasted 20 minutes of my time to make a phone call that the pharmacy could have made - you can spend 5 minutes on the phone with me!!!!!! If all pharmacy employees were as kind as Cathy Baldwin the CVS pharmacy would be a five star pharmacy! Get the rotten apples out of the basket!
